Thiago was extremely attentive and helpful with us from the moment of check-in, assisting us with a parking lot for overnight stays and assistance with the apartment until the end of the stay. Very well located and close to everything on the beach.

The stay met expectations very well, I would only change the sofa bed (it is very old) I'd put in an air fryer, And also the right pans for induction stoves. The location is great, the space was great for 3 adults and 1 Dog. The host Marcelo was super helpful and everything went well, as I expected.

Stephanie's apartment is wonderful, our communication with her was super effective, the condominium staff were also super helpful the entire time of our stay. We feel at home all the time. We hope to return as soon as possible.

I liked Fernando and Oswaldo's accommodation! It's a small place, a room with kitchen and bathroom areas all together. For a couple is great. It's cozy and nicely decorated. We went with my dog and everything went well! The apartment is close to the beach and several restaurants and good places to walk (Bar do Toninho or Bar do Goiás, for example). Fernando was helpful, sent instructions for entry and responded to messages promptly. Approved!

Great space, very well planned with a wonderful view. You can sleep listening to the sound of the sea...

The apartment is simply wonderful, with a stunning view that makes the stay even more special. We found clean linens, fragrant towels and an extremely well-equipped kitchen, with everything we could need. We were delighted with the affection of the reception, we were surprised with a treat upon arrival, a gesture that made all the difference. Murilo, a thoughtful and very helpful host, was always available to assist us in whatever we needed. Without a doubt, it was an excellent experience. We're looking forward to coming back soon!

Wonderful Place, a beautiful view and the incredible energy, when you enter the apartment there is already a thousand cool and different things to enjoy the space, regardless of the climate outside the landscape is beautiful and the possibilities to enjoy the space are innumerable. The super helpful and attentive owners as well as the employees who were super gentle helping me with the suitcases, I'm sure to come back again and recompense to everyone!!

I loved staying at Bruno's apartment, everything was very close and the neighborhood was super safe. I visited 3 beaches and even went to Santos to visit because the Uber motorcycle was very cheap. Bruno equipped the entire house to make me comfortable, even a hair dryer, bedding, cleaning products and kitchen utensils so I didn't have to bring anything. The pool is also great and I would definitely come back other times!

Excellent option for staying in Santos! The location is exceptional, the view is magnificent and the apartment is very well sized. The unit is located in a block of flats and the condominium offers several facilities for guests. The hosts were very welcoming, have excellent communication and provided accurate and valuable information. As caveats, it can be highlighted that the apartment is quite impersonal, not very cozy, and needs several minor maintenance and some upgrades.

This is the second time I have stayed in this apartment and it is extremely useful for our stay in Santos, with everything very close, facing the beach, furniture, utensils, bedding, table and bath and finally, the entire apartment is complete and with everything new. In this region of Santos, it is common for buildings to have fewer parking spaces than apartments, so arrive and leave the car in a parking lot that you will only need when you leave. Hosts respond quickly if we need them and are ready to help. Friendly and helpful building staff.

Apartment exactly as described and as shown in the photos. The apartment is small, but very well distributed, renovated and comfortably accommodates 3 to 4 people. Clean, organized environments with a beautiful view of the beach. The host responds quickly to messages and gives all the necessary guidance for a great stay. I recommend it.

The apartment had everything we needed for our stay, everything was very simple and functional. Check-in was very flexible. The apartment has a side view of the beach and is in a very good location. The only thing that bothered me a little was the noise of the cars at night because I'm not used to busy places. The condominium staff were very helpful. I'll definitely be back.

Everything is perfect and very neat. The only thing we find strange is that the daily rate is never 24 hours, we know it's a practice but it's strange to pay a daily rate of 21 hours but the rest was perfect.

This apartment is certainly one of the best accommodations in Santos. Located on the beach block and with plenty of shops around (restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies, markets, etc.), in addition to the good taste in the decoration, it has everything you need for a pleasant stay, as if you were at home. It has a washer and dryer, microwave, stove and other kitchen utensils. It also has beach items (chairs, etc.). The building staff are polite and the place is quiet. Helena was very kind and attentive to us since the reservation. I recommend it to everyone.
