Love staying at Ro’s place! Great for female solo travellers and those that want accommodations to meet great people from all over the place!

This was a great little place to stay, comfortable bed and very private. My only concern was it appeared to be from “Anna” in a residential house from the ads, but it is a company running the airbnb

We really like the place, the room is clean, bed is comfy and washroom is tidy. The front desk is nice and very helpful. Plenty of parking, great location.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au manoir des sapins. C'est une vraie maison du bonheur où l'on fait de chouettes rencontres. On y a trouvé tout l'équipement nécessaire, les chambres et salles de bain sont propres et Aurélie est une hôte accueillante et chaleureuse. Il est vrai que la maison est vieille et donc l'insonorisation un peu fragile mais pour autant, avec des bouchons d'oreilles le problème est vite oublié. Il y a tellement d'autres atouts dans ce lieu, on y retournerait avec grand plaisir.

C'est toujours un plaisir de revenir au gîte :-)

Great spot. Pretty easy to find. Managed to see an ice burg right outside the pod - absolutely incredible. The pod was clean and well maintained. Main building was easy to access and bathroom was nice. The soap was really great.

Great place to stay if you are looking for a rustic place, and love the outdoors. Firepit was a nice place to hang out and enjoy the river. Steve gave great recommendations for local spots to see!

Wonderful place, clean & comfortable, friendly staff and guests

L’ auberge est un lieu chaleureux et agréable, avec beaucoup de charme. On s’y sent chez soi. On rencontre des gens sympas. La chambre n’est pas très grande, mais la literie très bonne. Les douches sont propres, fonctionnelles et agréables avec une très bonne pression d’eau. L’accueil est amical, et nous avons apprécié notre séjour… nous recommandons !

Decent room, the fans in the beds were a nice touch, plugs in bed as well and curtains for privacy. Food and drinks at the connected pub were great. Check-in and check-out were easy.

The most cozy place I’ve ever stayed! Artsy, peaceful and fun. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. We loved our stay here. We will definitely come back.

I was a little hesitant about staying in a hostel as I haven’t been in one in many years (since my 20’s). However, I spent 2 nights at The Haven and was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed my stay. The rooms were super clean and comfortable, the common areas were also clean and comfortable. I had the best sleep ever both nights. Everyone I came across was friendly and welcoming (staff and other guests as well). I would definitely book again. Great location too !

This place is awesome and well worth the money! Comes with a complimentary dinner and I was surprised by how private the beds are. The bar and lounge downstairs is nice and you can get some discounts for the local attractions through the hostel! Would definitely stay here again!

L'hôte fut très conviviale et souple dans son approche. J'ai beaucoup apprécié les arrangements faits afin de faciliter mon séjour. Aussi, les lieux sont étonnamment propres autant que fonctionnel ce qui a facilité mon quotidien. Je n'oublie pas le grand stationnement qui a rendu mon va et viens quotidien plutôt agréable. Je lui donne 5🌟 .

This hostel was great! It felt safe and clean. Lora and Cebia were so friendly and always laughing, which was lovely. Just a heads-up, the top bunk wasn't the comfiest for me, so I'll snag a bottom one next time! 😊

worth the stay. the hostel is a great way to meet people. they have weekly activities which I enjoyed. Shared area/ kitchen with all the cooking utensils provided so you can cook at ease and also other guests come to hangout and have good time. if you're looking for a cheap place to stay and meet people from other parts of the world. they have some great recommendations if you're visiting Montreal for the first time, I'd say its definitely worth spending your time here. I had a great time.

I won't say it's a 5 star hotel. My partner and I needed a place to sleep over the weekend with our dog. The room - Was super clean. one of the cleanest bathrooms I've ever seen comparing to some of the bigger hotels I've stayed in in the bigger cities. The pillows could've used a little more firmness but I was able to sleep through the night using 2 on top of each other. There was also service and Wi-fi available if we needed it. The local bar was attached to the place we were staying at and there was very little noise that we could hear. Even around the neighborhood. The one night, the local house next door was blasting music. We couldn't hear anything once we had the door shut. If I had to complain about anything, it would be there was not a microwave and some confusion in the checkout. We will definitely take advantage of this spot again in the future.
