The apartment is impeccable, the place looks like it came out of a European movie, I loved the garden, the heating system was great, the apartment was cozy, clean, very well arranged and decorated. It was only a few days, but it was great

Luana is amazing, she was super attentive and helpful in everything I needed, I have nothing to complain about, the apartment is wonderful, it was impeccable, very spacious. It accommodated 5 adults and a baby very well. Without a doubt I would host again.

Débora is an excellent host, along with the caretaker Anderson who helped us with everything. The apartment is impeccable, well located and in a very quiet location. All the apartment's accommodations have descriptions of how to use them and reminders, a differential that helps a lot. All new and clean. And it has all the necessary kitchen utensils. The table was set with plates, cutlery, glasses, napkins. Clean towels and bed linens. Anderson, super helpful, recommended several nice places. It is a 5-minute drive from the apartment to downtown Capivari. We'll definitely be back!

The space lives up to the name given by the hosts...it is really charming! The loft exceeds all the good expectations already created by the photos. The atmosphere is very cozy and the condominium is pleasant. Even though it is well located, you need a car to get around the city comfortably! Marta was very precise and agile in her messages and explanations. We had a great time at the Loft and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place in Campos do Jordão!

Wonderful apartment, super spacious, everything clean and organized, it had everything we needed. Very close to everything, downtown, market! We felt at home, in fact we didn't even want to leave the apartment because it was so comfortable!

Eny was wonderful and attentive! We even changed our route and had to arrive earlier than expected and she promptly let us into the apartment. The apartment was extremely clean. We were also delighted with the place, every detail of the apartment was a charm apart. The beds are extremely comfortable, the rooms have the necessary space and the shower is delightful. Bed and bath linens are washed and sanitized. The condominium itself has an impeccable view, not to mention it also has a fitness center, game room, courts and a heated pool that is wonderful! We were very happy with the stay and the place welcomed 3 couples, and there was still a sofa bed that could fit 2 more people. So it's really worth it. Ah, the kitchen is complete and has Everything is working. And if you don't want to cook, there's a restaurant upstairs that serves coffee. Gratitude to Eny for the welcome and attention! We had an amazing experience! The apartment is super cozy, spotlessly clean and very well organized. The location is privileged, close to the best spots in Campos do Jordão. The host Andrea was extremely cordial, always available and responded quickly to all our questions. We highly recommend it!

My stay was simply excellent! The apartment/hotel exceeded all expectations, the space is very well organized, clean and cozy, with all the details designed to offer comfort and convenience. The loft is within one of the “castles”postcards of Campos do Jordao. The outside/facade is charming and with an amazing view! The loft is also a cute one. We went with a baby and had a crib and equipped kitchen that helped with the chicks and bottles. The outdoor area and pool are also great attractions. We'll be back for sure!

Antônio was exceptional in our stay, from start to finish. The hotel is a beauty apart, it was one of the best experiences we have ever had traveling! INCREDIBLE!

I've been to Campos do Jordão on several occasions and I've never stayed in an Airbnb with excellent hosting quality, host kindness and proactivity in wanting to help. Until I met Rose, a very friendly person who is concerned about her guests. Fulfilled all requests extremely quickly and kindly. The apartment is perfect and close to everything. We will definitely be back and stay at Rose's apartment. It is very worth the cost-benefit and not only because of that, there we really feel at home. Everything was wonderful and super recommended!
