Apartment very clean, organized and exactly like in the pictures. Communication with the host was quick and attentive, always available to help with any questions. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, well-maintained place.

One of the best Airbnbs I've ever been to, quality of the equipment, dishes, everything new, attention to detail, as I said we felt at home. The location is great, we are close to Anhembi and it is very close to the mall and market, which makes it much easier. Great shower and bed, we used the washer/dryer a lot, as we stayed a few days. Good gym too. Reception staff all very friendly, excellent building. Thank you and we will definitely return.

It was a great stay! The apartment is beautiful, spacious and very cozy. The hostess is kind and solicitous. The location is excellent (near the square, Paulista, subway, market, pharmacy...). The concierge staff and the cleaning ladies were also very polite and friendly to us. A 10.

Wonderful place, all the necessary items available, organized, clean and beautiful decoration, super quiet check-in, easy access to delivery, Cíntia is always very helpful, responds quickly and clearly. The second floor bedroom gave us the feeling of being in another environment, something like a cabin/chalet. We love the space and want to return soon. The only addendum is regarding the privacy of the jacuzzi, it would be interesting if there was a way to make it more private when it is a guest option, but nothing that disqualifies the space. A 10, even more so because I was asked to date in this wonderful place. 🥰

The apartment is as beautiful as in the photos, a beautiful view of the city. Super quiet location, easy to access. Plenty of activity in the area, close to the market, subway station, and restaurants. Close to the region's nightlife, but on a quiet and peaceful street. Very happy with the stay, we hope to return on other occasions.

It was a great stay The apartment is according to description and photos. The environment was clean and organized. They responded quickly and were helpful whenever we needed them. The only point I would like to point out is about the jacuzzi that was forming bubbles and dirt margins even before we used it.

Quick and practical check-in directly with the building's concierge. Excellent location, with Shopping Frei Caneca about a 5-minute walk and Higienópolis-Mackenzie station about a 7-minute walk.
