Beautiful, remote area! The house does have neighbors right next door that are always visible, so you are always seen when on patio deck or using jacuzzi (not too private). We didn't mind too much, but some people may care about lack of privacy. We would have liked to enjoy morning coffee on the deck, but neighbor ran a tractor and wood chopping saw next to the deck for hours each day, so it was impossible to use deck and enjoy any silence or nature sounds. Kitchen needs to have pots and pans that are compatible with with the induction stove. We did find one that worked, but the others were incompatible. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the region is gorgeous for nature lovers!

Gran alojamiento y gran anfitrion , nos sentimos como en casa . Fernando y su mujer son excelentes personas . Disfrutamos nuestra estancia y la casa era super comoda . Esperamos volver muy pronto.

Beautiful house, amazing private location above a lake. Very relaxing being immersed in nature. House well kitted out and lovely features. We took our paddleboard and wonderful paddle boarding on the lake. Children loved the swimming and the ‘cold tub’ plunge pool. Thankyou Gerrit and Grace, we hope to return.

Pasamos catro días fantásticos na casa de Esmeralda! Está nunha aldea preciosa e ben comunicada: a unha hora de Vigo e moi perto de Paredes de Coura, Ponte de Lima ou Arcos de Valdevez. A casa, de arquitectura tradicional, está moi ben restaurada. É bonita e confortable, ben decorada, cun bo baño e todo tipo de aparellos e utensilios para cociñar. O colchón e as almofadas son cómodas e a roupa de cama e as toallas son prefectas. O xardín e bonito e conta con tumbonas, mesas e cadeiras para gozar tamén do exterior. Esmeralda foi simpática e educada. Voltaremos seguro!

Wonderful stay here for 5 days. Helena was quick and responsive throughout. When I arrived, I met Paula, Sofia, Martinho and Francisco who welcomed and showed me the house and area. So generous to offer me a bottle of wine, water, biscuits on my arrival. The house is cozy and peaceful with a view of the farm where the sheep roam during the day. Comfortable bed, linen and beautiful antique decor to keep with the theme. Kitchen has a small fridge, kettle, microwave and stove. Beautiful spaces to walk and rest under fruit trees, 2 swimming pools in a peaceful natural setting. Even my cat, Samson enjoyed it. For company, we also had a cute friendly dog, Nina. It is a short drive to centre of Fafe, a lovely town with charming architecture. Helena provided useful recommendations on what to do and where to go. Guimaraes is a beautiful place, only 20 minutes from the house. All in all, a great stay and I'm happy to revisit one day again. Thanks for a great stay!

Prachtige locatie in een oud dorpje. De ruimte is groot en alles is aanwezig. Vanuit het huisje kun je prachtig wandelen. De eigenaar is erg aardig en behulpzaam. We hebben een heel goed verblijf gehad.

Si vous êtes en recherche de quiétude et de sérénité foncez. Isolé à 800m d'altitude dans une nature préservée, vous disposerez d'un diaporama à couper le souffle. Vous apercevrez des animaux sauvages lors de vos balades ou encore à 2 pas de votre logement. à 15 min de ponte de Lima, vous trouverez tout ce dont vous aurez besoin. Rosa et son mari sont d'une extrême gentillesse et nous avons eu le loisir à 2 reprises de nous faire offrir des spécialités locales au réveil. Le logement est hyper bien équipé. Un grand merci rosa pour ces superbes vacances. Petit bémol, l'accès n'est pas des plus simples mais avec l'habitude ça va tout seul. Celine Julien Lucie et Léna

El alojamiento es exactamente lo que anuncia. Un sitio tranquilo para relajarse y pasar unos días en la naturaleza. Liliana es una anfitriona muy amable que nos recibió puntualmente y con un obsequio. Para ir a restaurantes o a comprar es imprescindible el coche, pero la distancia no es excesiva. Liliana nos dio indicaciones al respecto. Se trata de una casa antigua reformada por lo que encontrarás que algunos muebles son antiguos y otros modernos, pero todos funcionales. El estado de limpieza era excelente. Solo probé una cama y era muy cómoda. La piscina y la naturaleza hacen el resto.

Passamos um fim de semana muito agradável no alojamento de Gui, o espaço era tal como nas fotos e bem em contacto com a natureza. :) De realçar também a gentileza do black que diariamente nos vinha cumprimentar :)

Paulo realmente tiene una estancia muy acogedora con unas vistas espectaculares y una ubicación privilegiada. Nuestra estancia fue buenisima, es una casa perfecta para pasar unos dias relajados entre amigos y familia con muy buenos accesos a una zona que realmente, merece la pena visitar.

Despite the bad weather we could not swim in the pool, however, they made sure it was cleaned and we still hoped we could use it. The garden is also very well maintained. The house itself was as we expected, it was perfect for the 4 of us. There is plenty of everything and we felt right at home. Hopefully we can come back one day to spend time at the swimming pool!

We loved the outdoor dining room and the wonderful little community on a hill. The location is not necessarily super remote, or quiet, but makes up for this by having a great, central location in Pina Geres and being right next to really cool little beaches and a short drive from the beautiful waterfalls up in the mountains.

Silvia est une personne d'une gentillesse incroyable et sincère, un sens de l'accueil plus que parfait. Des petits pains frais apportés tous les matins, des delicieux gâteaux, des bons conseils pour visiter, un sourire plein de douceur que dire de plus... Nous nous sommes sentis très bien dans la maison qu'elle a décorée avec goût. Tellement agréable de profiter de la terrasse et du jardin, une jolie balade en forêt à proximité et surtout le magnifique monastère de Tibaes ! Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir 😊

logement très coquet et agréable, avec du caractère. Très propre. L'environnement est magnifique. un peu de documentation sur les environs seraient sympa à mettre à disposition. Térésa est une excellente hôte. Même si nous ne l'avons pas rencontré elle a été trés réactive sur nos échanges par sms et fort agréable. Merci.

We had a great stay at Manuel’s peaceful and idyllic place. The apartment has everything you need, the area is very relaxing and great for trips in that region, e.g. to Braga, Guimaraes. Thanks a lot and we hope to make it there one day again :)

Um retiro sublime que prima pela tranquilidade, conforto e privacidade que a natureza envolvente tão bem inspira. Anfitriã excecional na disponibilidade e sempre reservando cuidado e conforto dos hóspedes.

We hadden een fantastische vakantie in Pasos. Het huis van Yolanda is ruim, gezellig ingericht en blijft koel, ook bij erg warme temperaturen. Het prachtige meer bevindt zich op slechts enkele minuten wandelen van het huis. Er is heel wat te beleven in de buurt: zwemmen in het meer, watervallen bezoeken, warme (thermische) baden nemen, een uitstap naar Ourense, wandelen in de bergen, enz. De omgeving is wondermooi en je kan er echt tot rust komen. We voelden ons samen met de kinderen meteen thuis in het kleine dorpje en bij Yolanda en haar vrienden en buren.

Vi kan varmt anbefale denne indlogering. Vi var 4 voksne som overnattede der i 3 nætter. Vi var meget positivt berørte over Amelias opmærksomhed og gæstfrihed. Hun gav god og nyttig information om Soajo og omegn og sørgede for at der var frugt og rigeligt med morgenmad i køleskabet og vi fik frisk brød hver dag. Både hus og have er charmerende og veludstyret og rigtig dejlige at være i.
