Located in the very popular area of La Zenia, it is only a 5 minute walk to one of the most famous and popular beaches at the Costa Blanca. We are happy to offer special prices if only two people stay in the villa – please ask ☺ The house is also perfect for (senior) people to stay for a longer period of time or even to spend the winter in – in this case we also offer special prices!!

La Casa Encalá de Calblanque (Vacation Home)

House located inside the Calblanque Natural Park, in the Las Cobaticas area, a town with no more than forty houses, perched on the hills that precede the magnificent beaches of the Park. The beaches are about a 20-minute walk and a 5-minute drive from the house. Although Cobaticas does not have any shops or services, the town of Los Belones is a 7-minute drive away and Cabo de Palos and La Manga del Mar Menor are less than 15 minutes away. Cartagena is about 30 minutes away.
