Een perfecte locatie om te genieten van het park en de mooie omgeving. Het huis biedt ruimte aan 8 personen en telt 3 slaapkamers, 3 badkamers en een 2-persoons bed-bank in het souterrain. Op korte loopafstand bevindt zich het grote zoetwater-meer met volop vertier- en speel-mogelijkheden en op 4 km ligt de zee.

The fully equipped kitchen offers all the possibilities to cook to your heart's content. There are also 2 bathrooms each with a walk-in shower.

It has a beautiful patio from which you can see one of the forts surrounding the city It is located in a sailor, fisherman and flamenco neighborhood. Close to Cala Cortina beach and the port and just a short walk to the historic center. Bus and train station are also very close. Very good. Easy parking.
