On board our self-built houseboat, we have created a guest room in the "front deck". There is a view of open water, a covered private seat outside and if you want, you can take a dip from the apartment. The boat is located in the Eastern Docklands of Amsterdam, the urban planning much acclaimed neighborhood near the city center. Feel welcome in this beautiful place and discover our beautiful city by bike (included in the price) or walk through our beautiful neighborhood. All amenities are close by.

Romantic Houseboat in the Heart of Amsterdam Lovely boat, lovingly renovated with great attention to detail — the perfect hideaway for a romantic couple. One cozy bedroom plus an extra double bed/lounge in the front (a real bed with two quality mattresses, see pictures). In the middle of town, yet dreamy and quiet: look up from your bed into the crown of a tree 🌳, or enjoy stunning canal views from the steering cabin. The Fully equipped with all comforts: WiFi, A/C, washer & dryer, dishwasher.

Windmill close to Amsterdam!!

Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

Garden view Studio in family home

This beautiful studio with garden view in a family home is a peaceful place just 15 minutes away from the busy city center. The entrance to the house is communal, we live on the top floors, but the studio has its own entrance from the hallway and has private access to the garden with view on and entrance to a canal. The studio has a kitchen with basic cooking equipment (microwave, hot plates, pans, coffeemaker etc), shower, toilet and seating area to make your stay as convenient as possible.

Our lodge is equipped with all modern amenities, such as a modern kitchen, a smart TV and a Quooker. The cozy veranda is complete with a luxurious jacuzzi and wood-burning stove. The lodge, with its large private garden and unobstructed views, is completely separated from the farmhouse by a fence and is accessible only to you as a guest. From the Finnish barrel sauna on the adjacent terrace, you look out over the picturesque city meadows. A delicious breakfast is available upon request.

Come and stay in a houseboat! We offer a private guesthouse with large dining / living room (including comfy bedsofa for 2) and separate toilet upstairs. Downstairs a queensize bed overlooking the water and bathroom with shower & large bath. A terrace in front with several seatings and a swing bench. Located in a beautiful green street very near the center: 2 stops by tram or 15 min walk from central station. We don't serve breakfast but provide many nice basics to prepare your own.

Beautiful house in the middle of nature and at the same time within cycling distance of the historic center of Leiden, the oldest university city in the Netherlands. The area offers ample opportunities for extensive cycling routes. In addition, within walking distance (800m) is a brasserie where you can enjoy lunch and dinner. We also offer the opportunity to explore both the Vliet and surrounding lakes and the center of Leiden on a luxury sloop, in consultation a lot is possible.

Lovely private cottage near Amsterdam

Our cottage is in one of the most beautiful Waterland villages, Broek in Waterland. It is located in a beautiful area, 8 km from Amsterdam. The bus stop is a 3-minute walk away, so you can be at Amsterdam Centraal in 12 minutes. The guest house itself offers everything you need during a vacation. In our guesthouse, it is wonderful to "come home" after, for example, a busy day in the city, or, for example, a bike ride along all the nice villages here in the area.

Sirius (City Sailing)

This accommodation is unique. Our Beachcraft motorboat with shower is in a beautiful location and is suitable for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers. On the boat, there is an outdoor deck where you can relax and enjoy the view. Inside, there is a small kitchen, toilet and a sofa. At the front of the boat is the sleeping cabin with a double bed suitable for 2 people.
