Vacation rentals with a sauna in Campinas

We stayed for 4 days and it was GREAT! We had everything we needed in the apartment, everything was clean, organized, the condominium was excellent and the hostess was WONDERFUL! Always responding quickly and helping us with everything we need ❤️

From Check-in to the end of the stay, the service with Hostess Ivonete was quick, the apartment was a better than in the photos, as soon as I arrived and opened the door there was a wonderful smell of a clean and cared for house, everything was very impeccable, from bed linen, bath, kitchen utensils, everything was very clean and fragrant, a cozy and pleasant environment, I would return more often, my stay was quiet, easy access to entry and exit, a super quiet elevator, there was even a bed for my dog in the room, and a pot to put water or food, induction stove, it helped a lot, a 10. We loved everything.

Simply wonderful! Hosting has exceeded all our expectations. The place is even better than the photos, super cozy, clean and very well equipped. We had a quiet and comfortable stay from start to finish. The host was extremely kind and helpful, always available to help us with any questions or needs, which made all the difference in the experience. We had a fantastic 4-day stay at Ivanete's Airbnb and it was exactly what we needed! The location was great, offering a peaceful retreat that wasn't too central but still conveniently located. We especially loved being near a very good bakery, which was a delightful bonus. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Check-in was incredibly easy, making our arrival stress-free. We would absolutely recommend Ivanete's place to other travelers and would happily stay here again in the future!

It was the third consecutive year that we stayed and it is definitely the best option in Serra Negra! It is a few minutes' walk from the best restaurants and shops, we don't need to take the car out of the garage for anything. Extremely comfortable, spacious and well-equipped! Maricy is very friendly and caring with us, and super welcoming too! We have a little daughter and she always prepares everything very carefully, even the outlet protectors she put in. Speechless, everything impeccable as always. We felt at home.

Edgard and his wife's house is sensational. Very well distributed and pleasant. Spacious rooms, clean and fragrant linens, a super clean house and an incredible gourmet area, with a beautiful view. The sunrise I saw there was one of the most beautiful things I've ever seen. I highly recommend it!

Tomás is an excellent host, responds quickly and kindly, and provides useful information and tips to enjoy the place. The sun house is rustic in style but very comfortable. Spacious bedrooms, living room and kitchen. The bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable, and you can see Tomás' care in choosing bed linens and blankets. To be perfect in my opinion, it would be to put a shower stall in the bathroom with a gas shower and a few more kitchen utensils. But nothing that has hindered us. The staff is helpful and discreet. It is worth it for those who are looking for silence, rest and contact with nature.

The accommodation was great. From the beginning, Emerson was helpful, he recommended and gave us Kátia's contact, she helped us with absolutely everything, recommended a chef, who did shopping for lunch and barbecue, answered our questions about Uber, supermarket, gave us instructions for check-in and check-out, went to the house to guide us and was always very pleasant. The house is very beautiful, sensational outdoor area. The only “defect” would be one of the rooms, which has two single beds, they seemed fragile and smaller (but the photos are real). Excellent stay, quiet neighborhood. I recommend it!

The house is excellent, exceeded our expectations. All very clean and very well equipped. The decoration of very good taste and there is a lot of integration of the environments which makes the stay more enjoyable Matilde really is a very special person, very kind, organized and helped us a lot. We love to cook and the house offers virtually all the resources for this Since every home some items need maintenance, the external refrigerator and the cold camera would need a check, nothing too serious to disappoint our experience.
