Excellent location, very close to Unicamp (which is why we went to Campinas), market, restaurants, pizzeria (I recommend visiting it), gym and distributor. Quiet neighborhood. Great for longer stays. Complete apartment, with everything that is described. Great lighting and very safe. Having a laundry room is great and has helped us a lot. As for check-in and checkout, it is described in the app that it starts at 2 pm, and you must leave before 12 pm, however, it was informed after that check-in would be at 3 pm and checkout at 11 am. However, the disagreement was quickly resolved. If you order a delivery (such as a food app, for example), you need to be careful, as there is only one doorbell for all apartments.

Very nice and comfortable apartment, exactly as described. It was very clean and tidy, as well as complete with all the essentials. The location is great, by car you can quickly reach several points of the city, in addition to having a market/bakery/pharmacy within walking distance.

The apartment has an excellent location, close to the Brinco de Ouro da Princesa stadium and with easy access to everything! The region is safe and quiet, ideal for those who want to enjoy Campinas with comfort. The host, Rose, was super attentive and polite from the first contact, always willing to help with anything. The property was clean, well organized and exactly as shown in the photos. I definitely recommend and would host again!

I didn't pay attention to the fact that there's no elevator, but there are few stairs. I didn't use the leisure areas, but the condominium is very quiet. I would definitely come back. The apartment is spacious and has a good distribution of rooms. Beds are good. The condominium is very quiet and peaceful, and the common area has undergone renovations, improving the environment and elevators, and the entry/exit system makes it easy for Airbnb guests. The location is good and with markets and restaurants nearby. Finally, the host was always attentive and helpful, so I recommend the stay.

Well located, very clean, organized, you can see a certain care. Owner was kind enough to provide sanitized towel with soap and shampoo. There are not enough pots to prepare meals or heat them in the microwave. A good stay experience. Quiet place, well located, bus stop nearby, 1 minute walk. I arrived at the place and left without seeing the owner, which is good. But for those who don't know anything, it leaves a little fear of not knowing who is around. The only point to consider as a recommendation would be to provide Wi-Fi Internet, which for me was not the problem because my Claro chip cell phone served me well with mobile data, the signal on site is great if you need to use mobile data or a call. The owner sent the neighbor's password and login in private, but it didn't work. Township would go back more often yes. Especially if you don't want to see anyone and don't want anyone to see you, it's the perfect place for that.

The place is full of personality! Very cozy and extremely well-equipped, it had everything we needed and more. Ideal for couples, all furniture is comfortable and spacious for two people. Rodolfo was very helpful and met all our needs, an exemplary host. If we could, we would have stayed longer, with joy.
