Vacation rentals with a patio in Campinas

Mr. Paulo is very polite. Apt according to the photos and description. I felt at home for 8 days.

I stayed for 4 days and it was an excellent experience! Cintia facilitated our communication and our stay and always responded to me very kindly and quickly. The apartment is exactly as described, extremely clean, comfortable, organized and with all the amenities necessary for a good stay. The neighborhood is excellent with a market, bakery, pharmacy, etc. nearby. I will need to return to Campinas more often and I certainly want to stay in this apartment again. Antônio was always helpful and proactive. He sent all the information before check-in, so we had no problem entering the apartment. And speaking of the apartment, my wife and I love it, especially because it's on the top floor, which results in a wonderful view. I definitely recommend Antônio as a host and his apartment, which was impeccable. If I have another opportunity to return to Campinas, I will certainly intend to stay in Antônio's apartment again.

Luiza is very attentive and her home fully met our needs. The residence has everything for a family to spend comfortably from a few days to long periods. The condominium also has a bakery, restaurants, market and other essential shops for everyday life. As I needed to go to Campinas regularly, the location of the house in Sumaré facilitated my trips, as I quickly accessed the Anhanguera and Dom Pedro expressways and arrived at my destination in just over 20 minutes. We love our accommodation. Believe me: it's much more beautiful than in the photos! We were very surprised. Very cozy house, good energy....Mr. Jose and Mrs. Teresa are very friendly and welcomed us very well! The house is very functional, lots of utensils, very sharp knives, delicious water from the artesian well. Very nice barbecue area and a highlight is the table in front of the house. We spent most of the time there. The gardening of the place is amazing and beautiful and the garden has a lot of variety! The pool is great and the countryside is beautiful! Everything is very well thought out for pets: there is no escape route, high trash cans and a swimming pool. A pet paradise. We were super relaxed and everything went well. Impeccable cleanliness, everything working, a calm and quiet place and Cristiane always responds super fast. Congratulations on the beautiful place! We will definitely be back.

We really like to have the Carnival at the Teacara!!! pool always with warm water, spacious barbecue area, well distributed rooms, the suite is huge... equipped kitchen, has a very large room with 3 environments, living room with two sofas, TV room and two more sofas and the dining room. The table outside on the balcony is the place we have the most, as it gives a wider and more beautiful view of the farmhouse. Caseiro Alexandre super helpful!!! General We like it so much

Super spacious and comfortable. I thought it was even better than I expected to see the photos of the listing. Check in was easy and Edward has always been very attentive, responding quickly and giving all the necessary information.

William's space is described exactly as it is. Simple environment, very clean, even with little ventilation, the house is not stuffy. We settled very well. Extremely quiet area. We were the ones who made a mess, my four-year-old boy felt very at home and made a lot of mess. A really cool space for them to play. If we need it again, I'll definitely be back.
