A busy region. But I was able to rest peacefully. Apartment organized, according to the images disclosed. The host Mr. Glauber, always quick, courteous and practical in communication. So, the stay was perfect.

the Erika space is very good and well located. It has everything close by, restaurants, shopping, pharmacy, bakery, all the best. The building has a good gym and the neighbors make no noise. Erika answers very quickly and helped with questions. valeu much to have stayed here.

Thank you very much Jose Nilson and Leonel for this wonderful stay!! Their apartment is very nicely decorated and brand new! It's just like the pictures. Despite being a one-bedroom apartment, the bedroom is spacious and the apartment has a good balcony with a wonderful view. For me, the big difference was having a gas shower and two parking spaces, things you rarely see in smaller apartments in Cambuí. Everything in the apartment worked and the building is very charming, located in the best neighborhood of Campinas, full of shops and restaurants. I loved staying there and I'll definitely stay again!!

A thousand stars! Diogo was always very helpful, gave all the directions in advance, the check-in was very smooth, as well as the checkout. The apartment was clean, clean and fragrant linens, in the kitchen there are all the utensils we need. I went with my husband and my children (one 2 years old and one 7 months old) and they were well accommodated. The oldest slept in a bedroom and the youngest slept with us in a crib that we brought, which fit comfortably in the bedroom. We will definitely be back!

The property is exactly as described in the listing. The apartment's structure is complete, with an equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room and a bedroom with a very cozy double bed. The location is another positive point, close to everything. I recommend the accommodation for both business and leisure travelers. Safe environment, well located and with all the structure to feel at home. I thank the hosts for their attention and care throughout the stay.

My second home! It's definitely the place I'll stay until the end of my master's degree. The apartment is excellent, complete! It is spacious, airy, comfortable. The condominium is wonderful, safe and very close to everything I need. Maria is a sweetheart! Very attentive.

Juliana's place is better than it looks in the pictures. Juliana was very flexible as I had to checkin in at 4AM. I liked that the place had a fully functional kitchen, large fridge, washing machine, range, microwave. The apt receives a lot of sunlight and if you want privacy has blackout shades. It is close to shops and there are rotating food trucks that offer different food choices right downstairs. There's a park nearby where I could jog in safety. So all good on my end, could not recommend the place more.
