Its decor is minimalist and is located on the ground floor of an old colonial house. THERE MAY BE NOISE AT NIGHT DUE TO THE PROXIMITY TO 59TH STREET (pedestrian). Earplugs are provided for your rest.

We conditioned the apartment to our full pleasure. It is well lit, the spaces are comfortable and can serve as a reception for visitors as a tourist plan; or, as a business plan. Another extra detail is that the apartment is in a quiet area, has parking and by car it is possible to get to the historic center up to five minutes; in addition to its location, the street flows into three of the city's main avenues.
