Our suite has a stunning ocean view which you can enjoy as you relax on your private patio. Watch the water traffic as it is constantly changing. The suite has all you will need to make your stay relaxing and comfortable. Our home is within walking distance to the wharf and the down town core. For all the skier or the guest that just want to hike Mt Washington it is only a short 40 min.drive away. Our suite is in our primary residence,the new short term rental law DOES NOT apply to us.

The property is surrounded with giant evergreens situated on the quaint and quiet Quinsam river. With river front access. The suite is in a separate building on the property, very private. It has funky slate floors, skylights and 12 foot ceilings. A fully loaded kitchen, which comes stocked with coffee beans, and assortment of teas. A cozy separate bedroom. There are two decks one covered, both with table and chairs and a Barbecue. We also have a PVR for recording your favorite shows.

This is a very cozy, clean, private, one bedroom basement suite. Please note, the ceilings/beams are lower in some areas. The lounging area is spacious and relaxing. Within walking distance to everything downtown, Quadra Island, walking/biking trails, even the whale watching outfitters. 45 mins drive to the chalet on Mt Washington or the cabins in Strathcona Park. An optimum place to make as a base and check out the surrounding areas. Laundry available if notified ahead of time.
