Family-friendly vacation rentals in Campagne

Peaceful oasis! We absolutely adored our stay here. It was remote but surrounded by beautiful towns and villages to explore. The place itself was perfect for what we needed and just spending time outside in nature/farms. The pool and hot tub were exceptional. It was so quiet we felt we were fully alone and could fully switch off. There was everything you needed kitchen and bbq etc. Would love to come back.

Stephane and Sylvie were amazing hosts. They gave us great local recommendations, organised a personal winery tour for us and booked in a massage. The location is beautiful, peaceful setting and the pool was fantastic. We booked to have breakfast one morning - it was stunning. Beautiful presentation and lovely food. We highly recommend staying here - truley relaxing.

Super séjour ! Les hôtes sont très sympas et accueillants. Le logement est propre, confortable et bien équipé, exactement comme décrit. Très bien situé, avec plusieurs villes sympas à proximité pour les visites.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette magnifique bulle de nature! Le gîte est très agréable, suréquipé et decoré avec goût!! L'accueil était également très sympathique, nous avons déjà envie d'y retourner 😊

Un grand merci à Cathy pour sa réactivité avec notre demande de réservation au dernier moment. Nous avons été très bien accueilli, avec des instructions claires et toutes les informations sur les activités à faire dans la région qui est magnifique. Notre séjour a été super, le logement est très joli et fonctionnel avec tout ce dont on pourrait avoir besoin. Nous avions même ce qu'il faut pour le petit déjeuner à disposition. Le jacuzzi est un vrai plus avec une superbe vue. Une adresse à retenir !

Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans le logement de Bertrand. Le logement correspond en tout point à la description et la vue est encore plus belle que ce qu'on peut imaginer. Au calme total , d'une propreté irréprochable et avec le bain nordique en cerise sur le gâteau on ne peut que recommander. De plus Bertrand était très accessible. Nous gardons clairement l'adresse pour refaire si l'occasion se présente.

Exceptionnel !! Tout était absolument parfait, le lieu est magnifique et très bien décoré. Gilles et Nicole sont extrêmement gentils et nous ont très bien accueillis dans leur havre de paix. Nous avons également pu profiter du jacuzzi, de la piscine chauffée et du petit potager dans leur jardin. Le petit déjeuner proposé en option était également délicieux. Ces quelques jours dans leur gîte ont été une vraie parenthèse enchantée.

Cadre idéal pour se retrouver entre amis ou en famille. Très bon accueil par Susan et ses chiens.

Magnifique endroit où séjourner si vous comptez venir dans le Lot. La maison est très belle, décorée avec beaucoup de goût et très bien équipée. Birdie a été très disponible et a répondu favorablement a toutes nos démandes. Le jardin est très agréable pour dîner le soir . Nous reviendrons certainement ici si nous revenons dans la région.

Caroline und Gilles sind sehr herzliche und freundliche Gastgeber, die bei Fragen sofort zur Stelle waren. Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Fotos beschrieben. Es handelt sich um eine wirklich außergewöhnliche, sehr große Wohnung. Das Wohnzimmer (früher die Bahnhofshalle) ähnelt einem Museum, Caroline und Gilles haben alte Bahnhofsutensilien und Bilder gesammelt und dort ausgestellt. Haus und Garten sind liebevoll restauriert und gestaltet, die beiden haben viel Arbeit (und Geld) investiert, um aus dem alten Bahnhof eine wundervolle Unterkunft zu machen. In der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Das Zentrum von Le Bugue ist ca 1 km entfert, über den schönen Fahrradweg "voie verte" sind es 4 km. Wir haben die Radtouren und unsere Unterkunft sehr genossen. Ich habe mich auch über den persönlichen Kontakt und einen kleinen "Plausch" am Abend gefreut, so konnte ich mal wieder die "eingerosteten" Französisch-Kenntnisse anwenden. Vielen Dank für alles!

Très belle maison au calme avec deux grandes chambres. Il manquait quelques produits de base dans la cuisine (huile, sel, sucre ...). A noter que ce logement se situe dans un environnement agricole (maraicher), possibilité de présence de tracteurs.

This house is an absolute gem. Perfectly located for exploring Castelnaud Chateau and other local sights. The garden view is lovely and is great fun when the balloons float past! A beautiful, characterful cottage in the heart of this historic village.

Great Gite in a very tranquil and peaceful location. Well situated for visiting Brantôme and Perigueux and the surrounding area. Christian was very friendly and explained everything well when we arrived. Would recommend this host and this Gite if you like exploring rural France.

Appartement calme,très bien situé avec vue exceptionnelle , conforme aux photos. Confortable, bonne literie. Seul bémol : les rideaux occultants des chambres ne sont pas efficaces , ils laissent passer le jour. Arrivée et départ flexibles et faciles.

Hôtes sympathiques,gîtes au calme en pleine campagne verdoyante,logement agréable disposant de tout le nécessaire pour passer une semaine dans le confort Point de départ pour les excursions dans le lot et la Dordogne A20 à 10mn

Une parenthèse enchantée à la cabane au bord de l'étang ! Nous avons passé de superbes moments proches de la nature. Un accueil chaleureux de la part de Sara, avec un pain au levain excellent. L'accès est simple et rapide à ce cocon de verdure. La cabane est douce et pleine de charme. Nous avons pu l'apprécier sous le soleil, mais aussi se blottir dedans pendant une soirée orageuse, c'était formidable et si cosy, la cabane est très bien isolée ; mais au besoin, le poêle était déjà prêt pour chauffer cet endroit douillet (nous n'en avons pas eu besoin.). Nous nous y sommes sentis chez nous. Il y a de nombreux coins et recoins pour profiter de ce havre de paix, observer la nature et adopter un mode de vie tout en tranquillité. Nous recommandons vivement ce lieu et sa charmante hôtesse. Merci d'avoir créé cet endroit.

We had a great stay in this very nice house, located in the middle of nature—very calm and peaceful. The check-in was easy with a concierge system from the owner (they also manage other houses in the area). The house is big and comfortable, with a large kitchen and living room. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious. The decoration is like a small museum, full of beautiful objects from local shops and galleries, mixed with modern comfort. Beds are large and very comfortable. Everything is provided: bed linen, towels, and even bathrobes. The amenities are excellent: hot tub with jets, outdoor jacuzzi, heated pool, and gas barbecue. The owners answered very quickly when we had questions.

Beautiful house and pool gite. Everything that you needed inside amd outside the house plus lots of extras, like dishwasher tablets. Beautiful surrounding area and great local town (Lalinde) with good restaurants and cafes. There was a market on Thursday which was good. Great host who was very helpful and responsive to our needs. Would love to come and stay again next year.

Wij hadden een zeer aangenaam verblijf bij Dominique. De omgeving is prachtig, rustig en charmant. De gîte heeft een authentieke stijl, was zeer goed onderhouden en erg goed voorzien. Ons dochtertje (1,5 jaar) was een grote fan van de geitjes en schaapjes op het domein. Supermarkten, stadjes, marktjes, wandelingen,… alles is zeer dichtbij. Absoluut een aanrader!

We went as 3 families, 2 with young children. The Villa was perfect, pool was great and the aircon was a blessing on the few extremely hot days we had! It was very easy to walk into town with a variety of restaurants and shops, supermarkets very close by and a Lidl in walking distance. The villa is far enough away though that there is no traffic etc noise, very peaceful surroundings. Emmanuelle was very responsive to messages and always easy to get hold of, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Firstly the hosts were responsive from the moment we booked to right through to check out. It helps they live on-site so when we had questions/issued Tas was with us instantly. The house has an incredible wow factor, and the heated pool and outside setting was to die for. Perfect for a general pool party / bbq party. What we especially liked as 3 couples with babies and toddlers, Tas has a “just like home approach” meaning we were not at all worried about the kids. The house is well equipped and had 3 high chairs and cots (with matresses). The bedrooms are wonderful and beds very comfortable, for an old house even the shower pressure was good. This region is rural so with water nearby do expect the usual flies/bugs/mozzie. That said, I was not biten all week and there were ample citronella aids (raid) left in kitchen for us along with a welcome hamper. Hosts are English and cater for a UK audience very well. Noise was never a problem and we felt at ease al week.

Jenny and Marc were excellent hosts. We were made to feel very welcome and they are lovely people. The place is beautiful, the view is amazing, the gîte was very comfortable and well equipped. It is such a peaceful and tranquil place and the pool is superb. We cannot fault it at all. Thank you Jenny and Marc!

Fabulous stay at Le Petit Source. Wonderful house, grounds and pool. The pool in particular was amazing - warm, beautifully done, perfectly situated and huge for a private pool. The house was extremely well equipped with many little extras you wouldn't expect. Jane and Paul were fantastic hosts. Highly recommend.

Emma's place is stunning and our group had an amazing stay there! We were a group of 7 adults and 3 children and we had everything we could have wanted and needed at Emma's place. The kitchen is well-equipped and the garden is wonderful for outside dining and for the children to roam around. We really didn't want to leave! Emma was so kind to help us with our constant questions - she is the perfect host. Thank you for having us, Emma!
