Our property sits on 4 acres of tranquil countryside at the top of the verdant Dordogne valleys. Sit back, have a glass of wine, and watch the hot air balloons paint across the sky at sunrise or sunset. Use our bicycles to explore the locale or BBQ outside and take in the scenery.

To be enjoyed at any time of year. Search for orchids in Spring; laze by the (shared) infinity pool in Summer; enjoy roast meats and chestnuts in the fireplace in Autumn or cozy up next to the Christmas tree with family in Winter. Saint Robert, one of ‘Les Plus Beaux Villages des France’, is only a few mins away or 20 min walk.

Le Petit Chateau (Adults only property)

The beautiful 'Le Petit Chateau', at 'La Tuilerie de la Roussie', originally built in 1551 is entirely yours to enjoy. Ideally situated on the bank of the River Vézere in the pre-historic area known as the 'Vallée de L'Homme' between the fascinating town of Les Eyzies and market town of Le Bugue. To explore the area we offer FREE use of mountain bikes and a kayak*, there is direct access to the river and a 12km cycle path. Or simply relax around the heated swimming pool on luxury sun loungers.

Retaining all of its original charm and character this unique detached property has a stylish, and fresh interior. It is set in a secluded garden surrounded by beautiful French countryside. The Vézère Valley in the heart of the Dordogne hosts pre-historic caves & magnificent castles. We are a five minute drive of Le Bugue and within half an hour of Les Eyzies, Sarlat and Lascaux.

This luxurious apartment on the ground floor of a magnificent 17th century building, recently restored, features a living room with open kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom with jacuzzi bathtub overlooking a private courtyard with its pond and garden table. The guest house "Le figuier du clos d'Emilion" adjoins our house, which has been completely renovated and tastefully furnished to offer all modern comforts. They have a fully equipped kitchen and a shared garden with barbecue, plancha and fryer. The fruit trees offer you sunny or shady places and we have installed sunbeds for your comfort. "Le clos d'Emilion" is located 5 minutes from the village of Saint Emilion and a few steps from the Dordogne.
