Location, location, location! If downtown Decatur or Emory is your destination, this is the place for you! The property was very convenient to shops, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping - everything! I am glad that the parking is on property and easy to access. It was very easy to communicate with Grace and she was responsive to all contact and requests. My wife and I would stay here again, where it's Greater in Decatur!

Gail’s place was perfect for my week-long intensive class at Emory—close, convenient, clean, had everything I needed. She was a fabulous host, offering clear instructions for check in and out and even some suggestions on places to eat. The bedding and accommodations were comfortable. Great mini-kitchen. I hope to stay again!

Sean made things easy — clear communication from initial booking. It was clean, quiet, and perfectly located. I could walk most anywhere I wanted to go. It was a nice atmosphere and would definitely stay there again.

Stacey‘s cottage was just absolutely beautiful! She has done such a wonderful job of making her guests feel at home and a thought of everything. We can’t wait to come back and we’ve already booked our next trip! Great set up for puppy dogs and very thoughtful pet friendly items were provided at the cottage.

Ten minute walk to the restaurants and shops in Decatur. There is also a MARTA station in Decatur, so it is ideal for someone who wants to spend time in downtown Atlanta but not stay overnight in downtown Atlanta. Very comfortable apartment over a garage. Some steps involved in getting there, but this should not be a problem for most people.

This was the cleanest and coziest place I've ever stayed at. Everything was in order, the location was great and the host was super nice. Book this place, you won't be disappointed!

Crystal's place was perfect for our little getaway, looking for peace and easy days. The place was spotless, very clean, and exactly as the pictures. Very well decorated and welcoming. Perfect quiet nights to rest and beautiful mornings. Crystal was very responsive and proactive with everything we needed and more. Very recommended to anyone who wants to stay in Atlanta in a peaceful and beautiful place.

Beautiful place, very nice hosts, everything you need for a short stay. Address was a little hard to find because the mailbox was buried in a bush. The stairs into the apartment/basement are very steep so you must be able to use them.

I had a wonderful stay and felt very comfortable and safe here! Response time was quick and there were no issues while staying. Very cute and clean functional place. Loved how detailed the host were! I was surprised to find all different types of coffees, organic cane sugar, popcorn and I’m pretty sure I saw oatmeal as well as an option if one so desired. I loved the layout of the space and it worked perfect for what I needed! All instructions were very clear and things were easy to find inside. I would for sure rent this place out again should I find myself back in ATL!

Although we had some technical difficulties because of a storm that came through the day before we arrived, the location was just like it looks in the pictures and Brandi did everything she could to try to accommodate us. This is a VERY private cozy spot. Very clean and modern. There are steps but it’s clear in the description. 5 stars for sure.

My husband and & stayed here with our dogs and loved it! The location is within walking distance from a ton of things, and Jacki sent us a bunch of local things to do! The cottage was also stocked with anything you can imagine. Q Tips, makeup wipes, utensils/plates. We forgot a couple of things but she saved us a trip to the convenience store by having everything we needed. Communication was also great, I never had to wait more than a few minutes for a response. We and our dogs felt super welcome and my husband and I agreed that we will book again if we find ourselves back! Thank you!!

Extremely happy with this property

Steve's place was the perfect weekend getaway. I visited Atlanta to visit my son, who just bought a home. His house was still a wreck and I figured he could have a stay-cation and I didn't want to spend my time moving furniture and unpacking. The loft was exactly as pictured. The garden was beautiful. I enjoyed having coffee and toast out on the deck as the sun came up, listening to the birds and watching the squirrels and chipmunks. Everything was clean, tidy and in working order. High-speed wi-fi and a Smart TV we were able to cast to. And, the water pressure in the shower was great! I'll definitely stay again when I'm in Atlanta...maybe even after my son's home is ready. The neighborhood is amazing, historical and gentrified. Shops, restaurants and groceries all within walking distance. Quick Uber rides to attractions. Thank you!

I booked the place for my parents who are visiting me for some time. Kelsey’s place is perfect for 2 people staying for a short while, the location is close to supermarket and gas station. I didn’t have any issue communicating with the host too. Will definitely book again in the future.

I have stayed at the cottage oasis on multiple occasions. It is my first choice in Atlanta and I will stay there if it is available. Private entrance, secure, quiet, no shared walls, across the street from Piedmont Park, just a few blocks from restaurants, bars, Trader Joe’s, and other amenities. Perfect studio. Washer and dryer were convenient given I was there for over a week. Large bathroom, fully functional kitchen. Very responsive hosts who always make me feel welcome.
