Apple Hill is just down the street; Sierra at Tahoe is approx. 30 mins away and Lake Tahoe is 45 mins up the freeway.

The home is located off the beaten path, 35 minutes to the summit of the Sierra, 20 minutes to historical Placerville and other gold rush attractions, and just a few minutes to many of the apple hill farms. Note: This is a RURAL location.
