Family-friendly vacation rentals in Cameron Highlands

Homestay is suitable for families. One queen bed room. One more room has two double deckers (4 people). In the living room there is another bed that can be pulled for 2 people. Everything was clean. The bath water was hot enough. It's just soap time, don't open the water because the hot water tank is only 50 liters. The switch bed light is broken (crooked). Take the key in the front box of the apartment has a password and he sends instructions. Follow jer. Overoll puashati and very worth it. There is a fridge, filtered water, microwave, fridge and kettle.

Amazing bungalow with a breathtaking view! The garden was big and clean, surrounded with beautiful flowers! Special thanks to the caretaker Mrs Wong, she was very nice, helpful & friendly. Highly recommended to have meals here, we enjoyed every meals cooked by mr Wong. Definitely will come back again!

This was my second time staying at Chong's house (9th - 14th June 2025), and once again, it was a great experience. The house is very clean, well-maintained, and exactly as shown in the pictures. It’s conveniently located with easy access to anywhere in Ipoh by car. Highly recommended! Chong was very responsive and promptly answered all our questions. During my previous stay, the water dispenser was the standard filter type. I was pleasantly surprised this time to see that it has been upgraded to a Coway water dispenser — much more convenient and user-friendly! Special thanks to Senior Uncle Chong (Chong’s father), who is always warm, friendly, and caring. I truly enjoy our conversations — they are one of the highlights of my stay. It’s been a pleasure getting to know him, especially with him staying just next door to Chong’s house. I strongly recommend this place to anyone visiting Ipoh. It will definitely be my top choice again for future trips!

This is the homestay to experience life and culture in the classical New Village environment. Except the wooden houses are now all in concrete but the atmosphere, the people and the life style remain quintessentially semi rural and ancient. Everyone knows everyone and visitors stick out like a sore thumb. The surroundings are beautiful - hills, mountains, rivers, waterfalls, streams, quaint kampongs, beautiful Malay homes, fruit orchards, fish ponds, farms. Plenty of delicious stuff to eat and things to do, places to explore. Even the house drains had fishes in them! Madam Ching's place is kept spotlessly clean, neat and tidy. All the amenities are there and she is quick to respond, proactive in suggestions, provides clear instructions. There was no Wifi, the TV was not working but I did not mind since it would have been a distraction to the larger and more interesting world outside. Personally I would have preferred white linens for the bedrooms. An excellent stay, value for money.

Location is good, parking is easy, self check in and self check out is smooth and easy, place is decent and comfortable, clean and cozy. Overall very good, but if host can provide amenities like towels, coffee tea, it will be better.

The cleanest, quiet location. All things are perfect, except feel small thing to take note: 1. Aircon take some time get cold. 2. Limited entertainment. All done using PC and mouse (this part instruction might need improvement) 3. Neighbour burn incense too much at morning, until smoky had to shutdown window. But not big deal since whole house is Aircon 4. Got 1 room is without ceiling fan. Just u need turn Aircon cooler The stay is one of the best in term of cleanest, completeness of offering, extremely friendly host, and comfort of bed, chair. Overall enjoy so much. Thx

Overall, the homestay is comfortable and strategically located near main restaurants, malls, and tourist areas. The host, Miss KJ, is attentive and approachable.

The homestay is clean and tidy. The place is quiet and we sleep well. The place is not far to old town and new town.

The place feels so homey. All the facilities work perfectly. There are also several card games! It was a pleasant stay :)
