La maison correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes pour passer une semaine de vacances avec des enfants en bas âge. Maison très bien équipée, idéalement située très proches des plages, avec la climatisation et la piscine qui sont un gros plus avec les fortes chaleur d'Août. Les instructions étaient très claires, tout était parfait! Un grand merci aux hôtes pour leur disponibilité et leur réactivité.

Nous adorons cette maison, l’emplacement est calme et on se verrait bien y vivre à l’année Elle est très bien équipée Mais le prix est élevé, la semaine d’avant nous avons séjourné dans une maison à 500m de celle ci au bord de la plage avec la vue magnifique et nous avons payé 3 fois moins cher La piscine ne fait pas tout En tout cas vous y passerez un moment au calme et de détente

We had a wonderful time in Dirk's house. The house is very well situated, so many things to do in this beautiful region: beautiful sea coast, mountain, swimming in rivers... Just the perfect place to be. To have so many bedrooms and bathrooms is not usual, and being 12 persons makes things so easy! Kids and adults enjoyed playing at the pool :). Nobody around. We could shout, dance, play music... And there is space enough for those who wish/need some privacy. Dirk has always been available, flexible and so helpful! Thanks for that. We have just returned from a fantastic week. The hosts are super helpful and friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The pool and outside space really is perfect for families our baby could lay under the trees in the shade and the children played in the pool for hours. Lovely restaurant El Vaixell literally 2 minutes away looking over the beach. Beach super close and quiet, handy supermarket 5 minutes away . I am confident we will return Thank you

Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und mit einem tollen Ausblick. Die in anderen Bewertungen berichteten Hunde sind immer nur kurze Zeit im Garten und stören nicht. Sämtliche Rückfragen wurden immer extrem schnell beantwortet. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Fajne miejsce na spędzenie wakacje. Plusy: - Lokalizacja, plaża na przeciwko oraz dużo innych w zasięgu spaceru. - Garaż pełen zabawek dla dzieci, leżaków, rowerów etc - ogródek z miejscem do grillowania - 2 łazienki z prysznicami - 3 osobne sypialnie - super zameldowanie i elastyczność, pani która się tym zajmuję nie potrafi się dogadać po angielsku ale z google translatorem nie ma żadnego problemu:) - wyposażona kuchnia Minusy: - brak poszewek na pościel poduszek etc. (jest to zaznaczone w opisie co nie zmienia faktu że jest to wielki minus) - dopłata za te "wygody" wynosi 10EUR/osoba z czego skorzystaliśmy. - Internet Wi-Fi z jakimiś dziwnymi limitami, w pewnym czasie stał się prawie nieużywalny. Nie polecam dla kogoś kto chce pracować zdalnie. - pod łózkami i w kanapie w salonie było jedzenie po poprzednich lokatorach, mało bo mało ale było. Generalnie super miejsce, fajnie było odwiedzić ale oczywiście trzeba mieć na uwadze te minusy które nas akurat spotkały :)

Le descriptif est fidèle à la réalité. La maison est spacieuse, l'extérieur est arboré. Il y a la climatisation ds les chambres. La proximité de la plage(500 m à pied) est vraiment agréable! Il y a de quoi faire un barbecue et une cuisine extérieure bien agencée. C'est un très bon lieu de séjour. Hanna a été réactive et nos échanges ont été cordiaux.

We stayed there for a whole month with the family and it was fantastic. The house is clean, new, and modern. The pool is well maintained and it is in walking distance to the beach. Highly recommended.

We came with the entire family. Adults and children (12 people). Bashar and Pavitra were always friendly and available during our stay (also before) to give help and advise. It was not just vacation, it was an experience for all of us. They made us feel at home immediately. The property is much better than described. Though everything is close by, the spacious house and surroundings are more than enough just to stay in the property (very safe pool for children, the garden, the view, etc...) We will surely come back again. THANK YOU!

Schon die Übergabe und Begrüssug waren sehr herzlich durch Eduard. wir belegten im Haus alle 3 Schlafzimmer. Alle mit Klimaanlage. Je nach Sonneneinstrahlung hat es genug verschiedene Möglichkeiten zu sitzen und zu essen. Die Badzimmer sind zwar klein aber sehr gut ausgestattet. Es fehlen bei der Beschreibung Fotos von den Badzimmern. Sogar ein schönes AussenWC und Dusche beim Pool, super. Abschlissbare Parkmöglichkeiten. Der Grill (Holzkohle) ist super. Die Sitz und Liegemöglichkeiten rund um den Pool laden zum Verweilen ein. Die Lage ist 50m vom Meer entfernt. Einstieg ins Meer nur für Schwimmer, da felsiges Gelände. Einstieg ist aber mit einer Leiter gewährleistet. Für Kinder und Erwachsene die lieber Sand mögen ist der Strand La farne (klein aber fein.)zu Fuss durch das Quartier mühelos mit Kindern in ca. 8 min. erreichbar. Mit Auto 2 min. Parkmöglichkeiten gratis und genug. Es hat auch ein super gutes Strandbeizli. Unseren Enkelkinder 3 + 5 jährig hat es super gefallen. Danke..

We recently had a few nights stay at Soul Farm. The house itself is perfect - beautifully decorated and clean, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms and many communal and dining spaces which was great for my large group. The setting and views were incredible also. Lastly, the communication and helpfulness from Arnout was excellent, he really helped us to organise a successful trip. Special shout out to the chef Fabrisio, who cooked an incredible catered dinner for our final night. Highly recommend! Thanks again to Arnout & the team.

Magnifique séjour dans cette superbe villa ! Toute équipée spacieuse et en accord avec la nature... les propriétaires sont extrêmement gentils.. à l'écoute et réactif si besoin. Une vue à couper le souffle !! Calme , spacieux ! Villa de prestige qui comble toute attente...

Très belle villa, emplacement idéal pour se détendre et profiter entre amis ou en famille. Nous aimerions déjà y retourner pour d’autres occasions. Juste la literie est un peu vieillotte, ça craque au moindre déplacement. Sinon le bien est très bien équipé, c’est très propre.

The garden and facilities were spacious and amazin for the kids. One of my favourite things was how quiet and peaceful the location was. It is lovely. Surrounded by mountains. The cleanliness was one of the best I’ve seen. The pool was clean too. Lots of new clean cooking equipment. The local town Cambrils was classy with mainly locals/spanish around. Salou the following town is very British if you know what I mean 😂 avoid Salou. We also did some trips to Barcelona it’s a quick drive and we’d definitely go back great villa for families. Was getting a little cold for us late August if you like very hot I’d recommend booking earlier in the summer !

Great vacation in Xavi house and Xavi and his mom were great for giving us nice spots in the area. House is like the pictures and the view is amazing. We ll be back one day for sure !!!

Notre séjour chez Maïté fut excellent. C'est une hôte bienveillante, disponible qui vous accueille avec un panel de recommandations (restaurants, commerces de qualité...) et qui parle le français. La villa est tout confort, très agréable aussi bien à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. La piscine sublime vraiment agréable. Environnement calme, reposant. Nous recommandons vivement et reviendrons avec plaisir lors d'une future virée en Catalogne.

Prachtige villa op nog geen 5min wandelen van meerdere rustige strandjes. Paradijs voor de kids met kicker, tafeltennis, basketring en zwembad. Paradijs voor de ouders want van onder het overdekt terras kan je ten allen tijden genieten van hoe de kinderen zich vermaken mét zicht op zee. In de villa alles voorhanden wat je maar kan bedenken. In de buurt heb je gezellige stadjes/steden zoals Altafulla en Tarragona - iets verder rijden, geniet je van de natuur van Siruana of Montserrat. Wij kozen er zelf voor om niet naar Barcelona of de vele pretparken in de buurt te gaan, maar deze liggen allemaal op bereikbare afstand. Topverblijf!

Es una casa preciosa con cuidados detalles, construcción de calidad , decoración cuidada, trabajada , acorde con el entorno y en la que se nota el disfrute y el cariño que ponen los propietarios en su casa. Por otra parte, el entorno es tranquilo, rural, delicioso. Se disfruta del campo con las comodidades actuales. Los propietarios son amables, atentos, cercanos . Miguel sabe transmitir su pasión por la casa y poner en valor los objetos , las plantas , los árboles...que constituyen la propiedad. Muy recomendable. Queremos volver

La casa es en verdad muy bonita, tal como se ve en las fotos de internet. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas, la ropa de cama es impecable, y quiero destacar el extraordinario equipamiento de las cocinas, tanto la exterior como la interior. Nos encanta cocinar, y la cocina exterior ha sido en verdad extraordinaria. Es importante destacar la impecable profesionalidad de Paquita, persona al cargo de la casa que nos ha recibido y ayudado en todo lo que pudiéramos necesitar. Algo importante a tener en cuenta es que Calafat no es una zona tan turística como pueda ser Salou o Cambrils, y que a partir de la segunda semana de Septiembre, la temporada turística se acaba, los chiringuitos locales cierran y el supermercado local solo abre por las mañanas.

très belle maison et très spacieuse, équipée avec la climatisation et piscine à disposition. équipements de la maison superbe. manque de chaises pour être 10 personnes à table. manque également un aspirateur et une "épuisette" pour la piscine à disposition pour le nettoyage.

José Luis ha sido un anfitrión excepcional: muy amable, cercano y atento en todo momento. Nos explicó perfectamente tanto la entrada como la salida, y compartió con nosotros la historia de la casa, lo cual fue un detalle muy bonito. Se nota que todo está preparado con mucho gusto y cuidado por los detalles. Recomiendo al 100% cualquier alojamiento gestionado por él. La experiencia ha sido excelente.

We had an amazing holiday at Casa Michelle. The house is spacious and comfortable, only 3-minutes walk from the beach, with all the mods and cons necessary for a perfect beach/pool relaxing vacation. Both Michelle and the property manager, Gabi were super helpful and responsive. The pool is clean and the water temperature was perfect at all hours. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe, close to shops, restaurants, bars and clubs. With two children and two young adults, everyone had something to do and enjoy. We really hope to come back in the near future. Thank you Michelle and Gabi!

Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable dans la demeure de Rosa et Xavier. La maison est magnifique, entouré d’un très beau jardin botanique, très bien entretenu. La décoration est de très bon goût, maison propre. La piscine se chauffe au soleil très rapidement et nous a permis d’en profiter tous les jours. Xavier a été très sympa et nous a partagé plusieurs adresses dans les environs ! Encore merci, nous reviendrons !
