Nice and cozy apartment, very quiet area. Easy parking. Air-conditioning. Internet. A 6-minute walk from the beach, and from the beach to the center, five minutes. Next to Club Padel Cambrils, which has a bar-restaurant and a children's playground. Two rooms, one double and one with bunk beds. Fully equipped for short or long stays. Washing machine, oven, stove, microwave, smart TV 43", wifi, Sony bluetooth. Pleasant terrace with views of the countryside. Only small pets are allowed.

Spectacular views on the sea front, terraces, pool

"Punta Xata" in its privileged position right on the seafront, has incredible sea views. The larger terrace is ideal for sunbathing, eating outside and enjoying the sunset. The smaller one is perfect for breakfast and watching the sunrise. The main bedroom is very romantic with a round bath for sharing and sea views. There is a quiet communal area, with a pool. Ideal for couples and families. Easy access to beaches in 2 minutes and the promenade in 15. Wi-Fi and private parking.

It does not have an elevator. In summer we do not usually accept stays of less than 4 nights (check before requesting a reservation).
