We are a 20-25 min walk (5-10 min drive) to Cambridge township amenities incl walking paths, Lake Te Ko Utu Domain/shops, and wonderful cafes/restaurants. The velodrome and Te Awa River Ride are a short drive away. Cambridge is the jewel of the Waikato!

There are many lovely walks nearby. Blue Springs in Putaruru, 40 mins. Sanctuary Mt Maungatautari, 35 mins and 10 mins from Lake Karapiro and Cambridge with amazing eateries.

Hillside Cottage

Nestled between grassland and trees, this guest house is the perfect place to soak up New Zealand’s beautiful nature. Relax watching the birds and scenic hills or get hands on with the family pets. You can feed the alpacas or visit the chicken to collect some eggs. There is always a spare paddock for horsey people visiting the area and plenty of room to park a trailer or boat. We are located 10 min away from Hobbiton, Karapiro lake and 15 min from Cambridge town centre.

The Cottage at The Willows, Cambridge, Waikato

Relax in your own space in this super comfortable and cozy one bedroom cottage. Wake up to the views across the neighboring horse farm. Lovely comfortable self-contained cabin for two adults. It is situated 10 minutes from Lake Karapiro, and Cambridge. The Velodrome, Hamilton Airport and Mystery Creek are 15 minutes away. Relaxing setting in gardens in a quiet neighbourhood. The kitchenette comes with a kettle, microwave, and toaster but no hob, stove, or oven. Please note that as the Chalet is in a residential neighbourhood, all additional visitors must leave by 10:00pm.
