Our renovated historic cottage is surrounded by the best restaurants, shops and tasting rooms. While only 100 steps to Il Cortile for dinner or Spearhead Coffee for a latte, the space remains quiet and private! This original carriage house is a turn of the century building and has a peek a boo wall into the original barn door which is still in place! The fenced yard has a brick patio, seating for six, and a grape trellis. Kids under 2 don't count towards occupancy limit. Tax included in price!

On the large deck one can sip on a glass of wine watching the sunset or sip on a cup of coffee to watch the sunrise.

Perfect location to walk to restaurants, bars, music, shopping, movies, coffee and more! Morro Bay is short drive to Wine Country, SLO, Pismo Beach, Cambria. Bring your pets we love all animals! Our cottage was remodeled in 2014 with the highest quality appliances and finishes. You are walking distance to everything in the downtown area. The cottage is best suited for 2 adults or 2 adults with 2 children. The cottage has one dedicated parking spot in the driveway. The parking space is limited so we are not able to accommodate oversized vehicles. There is usually ample street parking after 4 pm and before 11 am.
