Awesome host, very responsive and gave great information. The only thing is that you have to pay extra to use the kitchen. Aside from that, highly recommended.

Sir Neil was very responsive to all my inquiries. The unit is complete with ammenities it feels like home during our stay. It’s also accessible to nearby establishments like Malls, Restaurant and the likes.

Recently had the pleasure of staying at Francis's Airbnb for one night with a group of five friends, and it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. First and foremost, Francis is an exceptional host. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel welcome and comfortable. The two-bedroom Airbnb itself was a real gem. The rooms were clean & beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Having two bedrooms was perfect for our group, providing both privacy and ample space to relax. The beds were incredibly comfortable. One of the highlights of our stay was the thoughtful breakfast, he stocked the kitchen with fresh eggs and milk. the kitchen was well-equipped and the water dispenser was a lifesaver. but what truly stood out was Francis's exceptional hospitality. Due to the festival & the heavy traffic, he went above & beyond by personally driving us to the airport when it was time to depart. Thank you, Francis, for making our trip so memorable!

The host and his mom were very nice. We just wanted a place to sleep in on our way to Sorsogon. We arrived super late but we didn’t encounter any issues checking in. The mom even met us when we arrived. Laurenz made sure to check with us until we are settled.

My stay at this semi-furnished condo was very satisfying. The unit had all the basic furniture I needed, like a bed, sofa, and dining set, making it easy to settle in. The management was very attentive and quick to respond to my requests, which I really appreciated. The place was clean, well-maintained, and in a convenient location close to shops and restaurants. Overall, it was a comfortable and hassle-free 7-night stay.

Ms Leilani was very responsive to us. We had a lot of questions and needed to be more familiar with the area. She was also very flexible with the check-in. Her caretakers were very warm and friendly. The place was homey and clean. We loved that there was air conditioning even in the common areas of the house. They even had the air conditioning switched on when we arrived. That was a very caring touch. We stayed for almost a week and didn't need to ask so much because everything was available. Even the basic condiments we needed to cook were all set in the kitchen. We'd recommend this place to anyone who will be staying in Naga and settling in before starting their Bicol roadtrip. Thank you so much, Ms Leilani, for the hassle-free experience.

The house is very decent, both in and out. The wifi is also really good - we connected 2 laptops and 6 mobile phones, but the internet is still fast. The beds are so comfy. The host also provided us with towels. The toilets are spacious, though the water pressure in the toilet in the 1st floor is a lot stronger than the water pressure in the 2nd floor's toilet. It was so hot in Naga when we came, but the aircon in the rooms and the electric fans in the 1st floor were very helpful. Before you buy groceries, check the cabinets first. Because you could find cooking oil and some seasoning and condiments in them. The things you need for cooking are also in there - complete! Just a friendly suggestion - bring a chopping board if you plan to cook. We can't find it during our stay in there, unless we are just not looking enough. The host also provided us with drinking water. And as for the water dispenser, you can find it outside - just open the back door. :)

Had a wonderful stay at Janel’s place! The space was cozy, clean, and exactly as described. Janel was an excellent host—very communicative and welcoming. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay!

We all loved staying in Sharl‘s place! It was a perfect experience for us. The place is very close to Naga, and very walkable. The neighborhood is perfect Filipino experience. The neighbors are very friendly. Plenty of Sari Sari stores to pick up anything we forgot. She was always very responsive as well! She highlighted to me what it is to be a great airbnb host! She even invited us to the big Peñafrancia festival in Naga. We joined her and her family at their family dental practice (great viewing from the 2nd floor) and watched the processional. We really felt like we have new friends Naga!

Perfect getaway beach house! Host is very kind and always checking if we are okay. Me and family loved the place and it's perfect holiday house with a view of the beach!

Sir Dennis' place feels very homey and comfortable. Very probinsya feels, presko at masarap sa mata kasi madaming plants ❤️ Actually, it's been a long time since nagkita kita kami ng friends namin kasi we live in different places now so we decided to join the 2025 CamSur marathon three months ago since we all started running na and of course, to reconnect with each other na din. We found Baloy ni Enyo and immediately fell in love with the homey vibes of the place. Sir Dennis is very kind and responsive din sa aming inquiries. Top 1 na kinonsider namin when looking for a place is dapat pet-friendly kasi palagi namin kasama ng husband ko ang aming one and only unico hijo dog 😄 kaya perfect ang Baloy ni Enyo if you want to stay somewhere else but wants to feel at home parin. Very accommodating din ang house caretaker, Tya Mhe. Thank you so much, sir Dennis! Will surely consider booking your house again if ever we find ourselves visiting CamSur again in the future.

The place is clean, homey and very organized. The owner is very responsive. The only issue we had was that the water ran out the next day. But overall, will recommend the place and will definitely book this again!

Good host and The caretakers are very helpful, We're a group of 7 so the place is quite Big and Spacious for us, Nice and Clean Pool, they got the Grill for BBQ just bring your own charcoal!.. Amenities are all there, if you're into a typical Filipino Excursion like us They've got the Entertainment for that! Big flat screen TV plus Videoke are provided... otherwise if you want a peace and quiet night the location is great...so overall our overnight stay's worth the money. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
