The accommodation consists of two bedrooms, a kitchen-dining room, a living room, a bathroom with shower, a garden where it is pleasant to have lunch. Charming Breton house completely renovated by an architect in 2024. It is situated in a small charming hamlet in a quiet area with its 14th century chapel, pretty cottages and menhirs. The famous La Torche beach (world-famous surf spot) is a 20-minute walk away via a hiking trail. The house is located on our property, it is adjoining ours but has its own entrance and private enclosed garden of about 350 m2.
