Great house, even better garden! We had a very pleasant stay.

Joana’s place was more than we imagined! It was actually 2 individual apartments in one house, each with room for 2 families, though we were just 2 couples. The privacy and the beach view were worth the stairs climb!! The stairs are a workout!!! Joana was an amazing host. Would recommend highly!

Raquel’s place was absolutely impeccable. After five nights of hopping between different beds, my friend and I felt so lucky to land here for three restful nights — exactly what we needed. The space had everything we could have asked for and more. The check-in process was super easy, and Raquel had everything clearly laid out with thoughtful instructions. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us — it truly felt like a breath of fresh air.

We absolutely loved being right on the ocean! It was within feet of the house!- with the waves crashing and the patio where we ate all our meals, provided an excellent ambiance for our trip. We stayed 6 nights and were so glad we didn’t move around to other places. The promenade next to the house is very scenic and offered a one mile round trip walk along the ocean . Watching the surfers was also a plus.

Absolutely the best Airbnb we have stayed in! It’s even better than the pictures. Had all the amenities you could think of and more. The attention to detail was incredible. The hosts were amazing as well. They gave great recommendations and very easy to contact. They really made our stay special. Hopefully we will be back to Madeira again one day and will for sure be staying here again!

Amazing location in picturesque village

Family home, nice in a very nice quiet village without a car. We fell in love with Jardim do Mar, its small alleys with its typical gardens! Thank you Sofia, we felt at home 😊🙏

Iri is such a gem! She was so hospitable and responsive and gave excellent local recommendations for food, hiking, and other things. Great location and easy walking distance to many necessities. If you are looking for a place that is walking distance to the center of Funchal, this is a not it. Otherwise, the privacy, ocean views, and peaceful stay are well worth it!

Clean, spacious, amazing balcony and view of the ocean. Had a great 2 weeks here. Cafes, restaurants, grocery store, beach all within walking distance. The apartment is in a quiet, private building, can still hear a bit of noise from the road in the back 2 bedrooms but not a big complaint considering how calm and peaceful the place is in general. Thank you!

We are glad we booked at this spot! The balcony was wonderful to have and everything was clean. What stood out the most was our very responsive host making sure we got all checked in even while her car was broken down on the side of the road! Despite the emergency, she responded to all our messages promptly and helped us check in. I was extra grateful when I woke up extremely sick from some bad fruit the night before and we were allowed a late check out until I recovered! We even left one of our passports at check out and she made sure the staff kept it safe for us. Very helpful owners, would recommend.

wonderful stay. clean and tidy

upon arrival we were very well received by Ana. She explained everything to us and we were even able to arrive a little early at the apartment. She gave us tips for sightseeing, dining, and also told us the nearest supermarket. Ana was at her best!!! The apartment is perfect, there is everything you need even more than we imagined. Thank you for everything! We were able to fully enjoy this beautiful island. And Gabriel spent almost all his evenings in the pool 😄 thank you again from all 3 of us

This condo was beautiful, clean, and had an amazing view. Plenty of seating, close to a grocery store and many restaurants. The infinity pool which looked over the ocean was lovely. We would definitely recommend.

We really liked the apartment Monstera. The location was very good, the apartment was perfectly prepared for our stay. The apartment is beautiful, comfortable. Anastasia was very friendly and helpful. We felt like home. Excellent accommodation for a holiday. I recommend.

The place was great. The view from the beautiful terrace! Nuno is an extremely kind host. He responds quickly and gave us plenty of recommendations. The departure and arrival at the accommodation was made very simple and pleasant thanks to him. In addition, Ponta do sol is a very convenient place: a supermarket with gas station just down the village, great restaurants and the beach being a beautiful place to see the sunset. I can only recommend this place to stay in Madeira. It's been a real favorite!

Prefect apartment in a wonderful location. Lots of great restaurants walkable and great location to visit all areas of the island. Gabriele was very helpful and responsive and even met us at 5:30am for check out

The contact with Dan was very friendly and accommodating. The apartment is spacious and furnished with a lot of love for detail. We were particularly pleased with the welcome basket with pasta, wine, water and beer – a really nice gesture! We found the many power strips, available beach towels, lint brushes as well as the available raincoats and umbrella to be very practical – perfect for all weather conditions. Games were also thought of, which we thought was great. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. The lovingly designed information sheets in the accommodation were extremely helpful and answered all open questions. Check-in went absolutely smoothly thanks to the clear instructions we had received in advance. Overall, we felt completely comfortable and can absolutely recommend the accommodation!

This place was beautiful— close to the water & close to so many great views & restaurants. Staying at the shopping center with a market was extra convenient. The best place we stayed on our several city honeymoon trip :)

Duarte was super kind and responsive. He got us parking and met us late at night when we arrived, and he gave us plenty of local recommendations. Ribiera Brava was a great place to stay, close enough to the city of Funchal and other activities but it’s its own little town with a black sand beach and walkable restaurants.

Wonderful appartment! Very comfortable, chique and lots of space! We could live there :-)
