The beach is 15 minutes away by car and the village has a train station (5 minutes' walk from the apartment) that allows you to go to other cities and towns with a beach. Supermarket 2 minutes away and other shops in the village.

The location is great, a few kilometers from Girona, Figueres, the beaches of the Costa Brava (Sant Martí d'Empúries, Sant Pere Pescador...). _All the tranquility of the village and a stone's throw from the main attractions of the area.

The patio house is located next to the pool in the courtyard of the main house (where I live). It consists of two rooms. In the beautiful entrance there is a huge dressing room. From there, you will access an open space where you will not miss anything. 2 terraces for your exclusive use The pool, barbecue, solarium and patio are shared with my granddaughter and me. In summer, my family may also be there, always respecting the privacy of guests.
