I absolutely loved staying here. The photos do not do the place justice. It really is a beautiful house. It’s so very quiet there too. I loved being in the garden to do yoga on the platform, surrounded by plants. The hosts added so many little touches that were really appreciated- plenty of soap, herbs in the cupboard, a bottle of wine, books ….. I really did not want to leave. There are not many beautiful, very quiet places to stay. We were only 15 minutes from Funchal!

Well-maintained, spacious, pleasant house not far (about 15 to 20 minutes) from the supermarket, restaurant, Funchal, Pico do Areeiro, airport…. Very kind and responsive host. I really recommend it.

A lovely house that perfectly matched the description, Andreia was always there to help and answer any questions at any time. The house was spotless when arrived and everything we needed was available. Couldn’t recommend enough, lovely location too!
