Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Cẩm Lệ District

Tais apartment building and staff members are amazing. this is like of the best Airbnb's I have stayed in and by far the best Airbnb in Asia / SEA. everything is so clean and new, the bed is really comfortable which is really important for my back problems, and the area is nice and quiet but with heaps of things around (restaurants , cafes , massage etc). about 5 minute walk to the beach. Tai and the people who work at the front counter was really helpful, friendly and responsive as well. thanks guys!

I have spend a very great time with my family at Richard’s place. The house is very clean and the rooftop swimming pool is awesome. The day and night view has its features for enjoying and relaxing. Richard also very kind and friendly. He response very fast and very appreciated that he allow us to do late check out which makes my trip very comfortable. I am sure I will book again next time. Thank you.

Отличный комплекс с апартаментами. Есть ресепшн, поэтому заселяться и выселяться легко. У нас была комфортная квартира с гостиной, кухней и спальней. Было всё необходимое для приготовления пищи, кровать удобная, мягкая, быстрый вайфай для работы, горячая вода. Также нам предлагали уборку раз в два дня. На крыше был небольшой бассейн и тренажерный зал. Единственное, если у вас нет машины или мопеда, то район не очень подходящий. Близко до пляжа, но далеко до интересных ресторанов и кафе.

The apartment has three entrances (Gate A, the main gate [motorbike parking gate], and Gate B). Taking the elevator from Gate B allows direct access to the accommodation. ※ Note: The alley by Gate B is not accessible by car. Despite my multiple requests for towels, host Shelby responded promptly and provided them immediately each time, which was greatly appreciated. With reasonable pricing and a great location, I highly recommend this accommodation to those looking to explore the My Khe Beach area.

Merci beaucoup pour ce séjour, nous avons passé 4 jours formidables à Da Nang. Le logement est à proximité de la plage, dans le centre à proximité des restaurants et magasins. Tout était facile, l’hôte est très réactif et de très bon conseil !

Located in a great area with lots of places to eat and drink within walking distance. Plenty of room for my family of 6. Home had everything we needed and exceeded our expectations. Highly Recommended!

The house is clean and very roomy, just like the photos. It has a washer and dryer which was so convenient. The house is near many attractions such as the dragon bridge, night market, the beach and many more. Rain even let us have a late check out while we waited to go to the airport. We would definitely stay at Rain's place again.

Everything was good except for the cleaning fee we have to pay per day.

대가족이 지내기 훌륭한 곳이에요~ 부모님과 아이 모두 만족한 곳이네요^^ 사장님과 소통도 원활하고 위치가 좋아 여행 기간 동안 편했습니다. 우리가 숙소에 있으며 주로 이용한 곳은 바로 앞 마트 2곳 음반미, 콩카페, 숙소 바로 옆 중국 음식점이였고 후기 좋은 미쓰니도 근처에 있어 가고 싶었지만 가지 못한게 아쉽네요~ 해변가도 가까워 물놀이 가능하고 숙소 수영장도 온도 적당하여 아이들이 신나게 놀았습니다. 대가족 숙소 고민하신다면 추천드려요~^^

Gia đình mình đặt booking last minute nhưng mọi thứ vẫn được chuẩn bị chu đáo, nhà cửa sạch sẽ và thoáng mát. Ngôi nhà theo style đơn giản, gọn gàng, có sân sau và sân thượng; có phòng ngủ tầng 1 phù hợp cho ba mẹ mình. Vị trí căn nhà cũng gần biển và phố Tây An Thượng, chợ Bắc Mỹ An nên rất thuận tiện cho ăn uống và tắm biển.

An awesome stay in Da Nang for a large group. Would recommend!!

The accommodation was perfect and the view was great. Location was good between the nice restaurants and the beach. 5mins from the beach, 15mins from the airport, and 45mins from Hoi An. It was a nice base for a middle vietnam excursion from Da Nang :)

Loved the stay! The hosts were also very hospitable. My favourite part was the view of the beach along with da nang city together ♥️

We had a great time, must say - never met a host like Vanne. She is very humble and cooperative. If you're visiting Da Nang then stay at her place.

숙소는 깨끗하고 한강 주변에 있어서 강뷰도 너무 훌륭했습니다. 다낭 중심지에 있어 어디를 가든 빠른 이동이 가능했습니다. 다음에 다낭에 다시 올때도 이용하고 싶은 숙소입니다.

This is honestly one of the best Airbnbs we've ever stayed at! The location is amazing, close to everything but still quiet and peaceful. The place is super spacious, from the living room to the bedroom and even the bathroom. They had everything we needed, from toiletries to kitchen essentials. Our absolute favorite was the bed, it was so soft and comfy. The balcony view was beautiful, especially at night. Check-in and check-out were super easy, and the complimentary airport pick-up was such a nice touch. We requested a late check-out at 12:30 PM and they kindly accommodated it, which we really appreciated. The team was very friendly, responsive, and made everything smooth, we didn’t run into any issues at all. The gym and pool were both beautiful and free to use. Such a BONUS! Having a washer and dryer was a big plus too, especially since we brought a lot of clothes. Would 100% stay here again when we come back to Da Nang!
