The accommodation was perfect and the view was great. Location was good between the nice restaurants and the beach. 5mins from the beach, 15mins from the airport, and 45mins from Hoi An. It was a nice base for a middle vietnam excursion from Da Nang :)

I recommend this place to stay; I will definitely be staying here again. The host is really responsive and helpful. The location is strategic, a two-minute walk to the beach, and it is even better when you get a beach-view unit.

It's one of the best properties. It's comparable to a resort or hotel connecting room when traveling with family. Breakfast is much better to go out and buy because there are many restaurants in Vietnam that open early (even Michelin-starred restaurants are open at 7 o'clock). I stayed for 5 nights and used several restaurants in the building for breakfast, and they all tasted good. The accommodation is safe with a security guard, and the building residents are decent. The surroundings were not noisy or loud. Above all, the view overlooking the Da Nang is great. Wherever you go, you can get there quickly with Grab. In Da Nang, walking distance doesn't mean anything because of the heat. The taxi fare is also very cheap. I highly recommend this accommodation. It can be the best choice, especially for travelers of 5-6 people.

The accommodation was clean and around the Han River, so the river view was also great. It was in the center of Da Nang, so I was able to move quickly wherever I went. This is the listing I'd like to use again the next time I come to Da Nang.

Linhs place is such a nice and calm place to stay at, especially being so near to the beach!! Zing Zung’s place was fabulous and she was such an amazing host! While staying there we realized that our visas for our next TWO locations had to be printed and panicked a bit, but she was happy to print what we needed and bring it to us! She’s such a gem and the apartment was lovely!

Apartment bordered by Muongtan Luxury Hotel. Just across the road right in front of My Khe Beach There are many grocery stores and restaurants nearby. It's not as luxurious as a hotel, but The interior of the building is tidy and the facilities are good for the price. (Excluding the balcony, it is almost exactly as pictured) There is a security guard at the entrance of the building If you don't have a key, don't use the elevator. Because I can't do it, security is good. There is a washing machine in the apartment You can also do laundry (it's nice to be able to wash your bathing suit). Induction stove, microwave, coffee pot, and fridge and There are cooking utensils such as pots, frying pans, and tableware, so you can make and eat. (Since it's a Lunar New Year, restaurants are closing the door, so I made it in advance at Big Sea.) It's a high floor, so it looks good. The best is the host! They're quick to answer questions and help guests I'm trying. (There are a lot of hosts who look at customers, but I was honest because the host was young and didn't feel like a tourist attraction) Because I'm going on a long-term trip for 2-3 weeks in the winter I use a lot of Airbnb.. gia hung is the best host I've ever met! We stayed three weeks in the apartment and the location was ideal. It has great views of the ocean, the city, and in the far distance, the Dragon Bridge and Lady Buddha. The place is VERY close to the beach and within walking distance of many restaurants with local and international food, bars and karaoke places. We requested a couple of items needed for the kitchen and the co-host came the same day and provided new ones for us (forks and kettle replacement). The kitchen was adequate and the host provided dish washer soap, shampoo, and body wash. Fast and reliable WIFI. During our stay the price included cleaning services once a week which is a great perk. While the apartment was fine the building gets a lot of vacationers and the hallways and lobby could use a refresh. Because of the overall humidity of Da Nang, the apartment gets a musty smell when it has been closed all day. Cigarette smoke can come in from other balconies which was a minor nuisance. We highly recommend this place.

Fantastic unit in an awesome location. 3 spacious bedrooms each with a soft (western) bed - so good to sleep in. Unit was very clean, no issues at all. Good internet, smart TV nice furnishings. Lots of storage space, modern unit with a creative design. Located right next to My Khe Beach which is an ideal area. Lots of restaurants, shops and entertainment just downstairs all in walking distance. We will definitely return in the future.

The host is fantastic! He let us check in early, gave us a gift when we checked out and even held our luggage for us. Very clean, with amazing amenities. I will be staying here again on my next trip to Da Nang!

This apartment was so nice and we really enjoyed spending a month there. It was just as pictured in the listing. The location is ideal. A 2 minute walk to the beach, lots of shops and restaurants and a night market just down the street. Dung was very quick to respond to our questions. We would highly recommend this apartment.

This is Residence B of Hyatt Resort which is a super duper huge compound. All amenities which you want will be there and can be used. All at the fraction of the price paid by Hyatt guests!

I stayed for 5 nights after arriving in Da Nang. There is a little distance from the beach, but it was nice that the nearby restaurants and massage pubs were made.

The apartment has great location and view. The host was very nice. But the area is very noizy. Some guy is selling banh bao on the street at night and early in the morning. There also was smell in one of the bathrooms so we mostly used another one. Also some ants on the kitchen. These are problems of the building, not the apartment, but I recommend the host to do something about it.

Great place, looking exactly like the photos. The team was really nice and responsive. The location was great for us as well with plenty of cafes and restaurants around.

The place matched the pictures and description. It was easy to find next to the k market which is great to shop at. The place was clean and felt like home. Large 2 bedrooms, has netflix with account logged in. Nice to watch the boats all lit up at night from balcony. The host was the best, very friendly and responsive. I would stay again for sure.
