Born-place and passage of the renowned Ruta del Quijote, Villamanrique and Campo de Montiel are lands where Spanish culture and literature has grown. The distinguished Church of San Andrés Apóstol observes with splendour the natural surroundings of the municipality. The property is a renovated, single-story former manor house from the early 1900s that retains the character of the original building. It has 7 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a half bath, and large common areas. It is located on a 6,000-m² (1.5-acre) property. Outside, it features a large Manchego-style patio with a BBQ and a wooded garden with a swimming pool. An ideal place to rest.
