Near lots of wineries, restaurants and 2 miles from Tanger outlet mall shopping & top 5 rated Splish Splash Water Park. .Adjacent to the Peconic River for canoeing, kayaking, fishing or birding. The quiet winding country roads on either side of the river are a favorite destination for walking/joggers, biking and motorcycle touring. Riverhead town is a great central location and an easy drive to bay and ocean beaches. The area is still very much a rural farming area and a foodies delight with many pick your own fields,farmers markets, farm stands, wineries, horse, buffalo, and goat farms and even a potato vodka distillery and tasting room! We have an awesome Aquarium in town and our newly reopened Suffolk Theater with nightly live music and shows. Riverhead has lots of inexpensive small cafe style eateries for those on a budget.

Quiet and comfy studio near the Hamptons

A well equipped cozy studio only 20 minutes from the Hamptons and 10 minutes away from LIRR train station to go into NYC (free parking at the train station!) This studio has a small kitchenette to warm up meals, a full size fridge, we include some snacks for those late night cravings. A queen size bed, a separate desk and chair to study or work, a couch, smart TV, and a peaceful environment to relax and unwind.

Great little place just for a couple

The outdoor courtyard is especially nice and private ,with a fire pit, grill and comfortable chairs. It is a rustic location easy walking distance to North Shore Beach. If you want an ocean beach you can drive straight south for 20 minutes and reach Smiths Point State Park right on the ocean. The North Fork with its vineyards is a short drive and the Hamptons also only 30 minutes to West Hampton. You can fish, golf, walk among the wooded area and relax in peace. This is a beautiful basement apartment with windows and great lighting. It is all tiled and very, very clean. The living room, kitchen and dining area are very comfortable. I stayed with a friend for 9 days. We each had our own bedroom. Bathroom was immaculate. This home is new and very clean which is so important to me in an airbnb. We had a few issues that were addressed immediately. Margarita and Gustavo could not have been more accomodating! They were extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. I believe they will absoutlely become super hosts in near future. The property is beautiful and peaceful! Great access to Hamptons and local south shore areas. Lovely place!

We had a pleasant and cozy stay over Memorial Day Weekend. David is a great host and did an amazing job with the renovation. The view is spectacular looking over the Sound as well! Will be staying here again if we’re in the area!
