The place: situated on a hill some 30 mins away from Nice the house offers a great base to explore the Riviera. It is home away from home- the kitchen was fully equipped so we could comfortably prepare own meals: oven, microwave, dishwasher water boiler, milk frother and a Nespresso machine top the experience. The place has no A/C but ceiling ventilators make up for that. It is situated on two floors with staircase that has a safety door so no problems if you come with small kids like we did. The house is perfect for a long stay as it has a washer and a dryer, fast internet, a big screen smart TV situated in its own TV room with a huge coach that can host your entire family for movie nights. There is a BBQ in the yard and some 4 dining tables to choose from: 3 outdoors and 1 indoors. The bedrooms were comfortable with enough storage space for your clothes, linen bedding and bathroom facilities to all bedrooms. Swimming pool maintained by the host twice per week was greatly appreciated

This is an absolutely gorgeous villa - very rustic in external appearance, and modern and stylish inside. Well maintained, and very well thought through, with everything you need for a lovely relaxing holiday. Lots of really good touches such as silent fans over the beds, as well as the air con; mesh insect screens at most windows so you could have the windows open; Romain had provided some kitchen basics for us on arrival, including some local foods and drinks which was much appreciated; lots of seating areas outside to take advantage of the sun or shade at different times of the day; lovely interesting garden; we were a family group of 5 and each bedroom was self-contained with its own bathroom, so worked really well and gave everyone their own space and privacy; absolutely gorgeous, big, pool - don't be put off by the fact that it is saltwater, you barely notice it, not like the sea!! Any downsides? You really do need a car as it's just a bit too far to walk to the village.

Das Haus war einfach traumhaft – authentisch, stilvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Trotz einer komplett verregneten Woche und teils sehr stürmischen Winden haben wir uns unglaublich wohlgefühlt. Die reibungslose Abwicklung und die freundliche, jederzeit hilfsbereite Kommunikation waren ein großes Plus. Besonders hilfreich waren auch die lokalen Tipps von Virginie – sie haben unseren Aufenthalt in Grimaud wirklich bereichert. Vielen Dank für diese schöne Auszeit! Mirjam und Marko

这套别墅建在山顶。用Google导航有些不准确。大概还要在走两间房子的距离。门牌号很清楚。找起来很方便。房子周围是安静的居民区。有两层楼。入户的一层有两间卧室，两个洗手间一间浴室。楼下还有两间各包含浴室和卫生间的卧室。我们只有三个人所以很多房间都浪费了。别墅去到海边不远，可以从房屋后的楼梯下山步行。不太好走。爬楼比较累。也可以开车去海边附近大概100米的地方。我发现有好大一片停车场。在地图露营地的附近。海边沙滩沙质还可以可以下海游泳。别墅周围我没有发现吃饭的地方。饭店都集中在海边。我们购物都去附近大概8–9公里的大超市E Leclerc SAINT RAPHAEL。 我们入住时虽然经历了一个小波折但是房东和marie人很好。还送了小礼物表示歉意。 房子的风景简直太美了，比图片上看到的风景美太多。如身在旅游景区一样。加热泳池也很好游。我们很遗憾就住了这么几天。 唯一的小缺陷就是床品陈旧了，该换新的了。

Tolles Haus, wunderschöner Garten! Wer einfach nur in der Hängematte liegen oder Ausflüge machen will, ist hier genau richtig. Die Lage ist super, viele kleine Ortschaften in der näheren Umgebung, drei große Supermärkte innerhalb von 10 Minuten erreichbar. Wer gerne am Wasser ist, kann den großen See innerhalb von 15 Minuten erreichen oder man fährt etwas weiter an die Strände von Frejus, Cannes und Co - ca. 40-45 Minuten entfernt. Wir waren zwei Familien mit ingesamt vier Kindern und einem Hund und konnten uns super auf die vorhandenen Zimmer verteilen. An Ausstattung war wirklich alles vorhanden, sogar ein zweiter Kühlschrank für kalte Getränke. Danke für eine traumhafte Zeit!

We had such a wonderful time staying with Jennifer! She was so thoughtful and sweet. I highly recommend ordering breakfast if you stay here! It was delicious, complete with homemade jam from fruits grown in their garden. The rooms were very private, completely separate from the rest of the house, with their own entrances. I would recommend having a car, but you will most likely want one in this area anyways. Thanks Jennifer!

Nous avons passé 10 jours dans ce logement. C’était notre première fois avec Airbnb et nous ne regrettons pas. Un hôte très accueillant, à l’écoute, nous a donné beaucoup de conseils et a toujours été présent en cas de besoin. Concernant la maison tout était parfait, comme dans la description ! Très propre très rangé, tout était nickel. Une maison vraiment magnifique et avec tout le nécessaire. Nous remercions également Greg pour sa confiance ainsi que sa gentillesse. Nous recommandons cet hôte à 1000%. Vous pouvez avoir confiance en lui les yeux fermés ! Merci pour tout 😀

It was such a good experience it was such a beautiful and modern house with a nice view and such a relaxing living room with us super friendly family and caring with a very good location close to everything.

J’ai réservé la villa pour des vacances avec 11 amis. Nous avons été pleinement surpris en arrivant sur place car la villa est extraordinaire et est 1000 fois au dessus de ce que les photos montrent. L’intérieur est confortable, moderne et très optimisé (TOUT le nécessaire pour être comme chez soi se trouve dans la villa !). Il n’y a pas de photos des deux salles de bain sur Airbnb or ces deux salles de bain sont modernes (douche italienne + douche italienne et baignoire dans la 2eme) ce qui est très confortable. Les chambres sont grandes et avec beaucoup de rangements. La villa est très espacée ce qui permet à chacun d’avoir son espace. Les balcons et terrasses présents à tous les étages sont un énorme avantage. La piscine et l’espace extérieur sont simplement parfaits ! Le bar extérieur nous a totalement séduit et le jardin est très grand ce qui nous a permis de jouer au spike ball, badminton, volley, ping pong… Un tout grand merci pour ce magnifique séjour ! The house was very homey and comfortable the projector was very fun for me and my family the two dishwashers was also very helpful for my large family. The property management team was also very accommodating, friendly, and helpful. They even provided stamps for my family. It was overall a very good stay and a very comfortable experience.

Thank you very much for the wonderful time at your terrific villa. This place exceeded our expectations: it is highly equipped, modern, beautiful, and cozy. The view and the garden are just stunning. We were choosing among several other villas, and we were definitely lucky to stay here. You truly feel at home. Every detail in this place is filled with great attention, soul, and love. The only small point was with the heated pool — although we paid for it in cash, the water (including at the supply holes) remained chilly, so we couldn’t tell or proof if it was actually heated. Other than that, it’s really impressive how well you take care of this villa. We were two families, six people in total, and a small dog. The direct access from the bedrooms to the garden was a perfect feature for our little fluffy friend. Thanks once again for your hospitality and thanks a lot for making our stay so enjoyable! 🤗

Renee's villa is absolutely beautiful: the location, the amenities, the gardens and outdoor areas, pool and privacy were all superb. There was a major power outage in Southern France while we were there and we were well prepared with the candles and flashlights provided in the villa. The proximity to the surrounding beautiful small villages as well as the Mediterranean coastal towns of Nice, Antibes, Eze, etc. provides a wide choice of sight-seeing, restaurants, grocery stores, hiking, beaches, history and art. I would suggest all renters read her book of instructions and suggestions thoroughly at the start of their stay, as there is important information to make your stay more comfortable and without problems.

Tolles Haus, sehr schöner Ausblick und gut ausgestattete Küche. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und den Urlaub sehr genossen. Valerie ist eine sehr nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin, die sehr schnell antwortet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel en famille ! Le logement est parfaitement conforme à l’annonce : propre, bien équipé et très agréable. Alienor et sa famille sont des hôtes formidables, très accueillants, disponibles et toujours prêts à aider. Relaxing and very enjoyable stay! Edouard is a great host, he is responsive and helpful. The property is beautiful and is very close to various beaches. The property lends it self to alfresco dinning and relaxing in its garden/pool. Thank you for a lovely stay. Luke

Beautiful house in a stunning area. The pool and gardens were wonderful and our kids loved feeding the fish and seeing the lizards running around. Beds were all comfy and the house was immaculate and well stocked. The hosts were very helpful, friendly and responsive. Saint Cezaire is a truly beautiful village, although it's more like a 20 minute walk from the house.

Loved staying here. Definitely one of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed in. The views were outstanding and the apartment had everything you needed and was spotlessly clean. Jean Jaques was extremely helpful, would definitely recommend and would like to stay again.

Très belle villa dans un cadre idyllique dans l'arrière pays Niçois. Un très beau coin de base pour des randonnées à pied ou à vélo ! la piscine est un plus pour se reposer après les journées sous le soleil. Nous étions avec des amis pour un weekend à vélo et avons passé un excellent séjour. Aude est très réactive et disponible. Elle nous a très bien accueilli et nous reviendrons avec plaisir une prochaine fois ! Merci !

Excellent place. Cedric is an amazing host! Well located with a nice supermarket around the corner, and 20 minutes drive to Cannes. The swimming pool is well heated and the house air-conditioner works very well. I loved that the living room is very spacious for that day when the weather is not the best. Otherwise, the area around the house is perfect. The setting for barbecue is top. No problems whatsoever. We have rented many houses in the area and this was the best value for the money.

Loved the place and location. Great view, comfy home in two levels with three good-sized bedrooms, modern bath with showers. Pool was nice and warm. Montauroux is a cute little place, lots of supermarkets within 10min, great boulangerie on the main square. We played golf at Terre Blanche and that’s only 12-15min away. Highly recommend. Hendrick is very responsive and gives clear instructions. The owners seem to be adding another level so in the future this place will likely become more expensive (in case someone sees this after the work has been completed :-)).
