Vacation rentals with a patio in California City

Mario and Steph have a great place. They were very communicative and friendly. The condo was lovely, spacious, and comfortable. The complex was great too—easy to find parking (thanks to the instructions from the host), a lovely pool, and very secure. Just across the street from the Valencia Mall, there are TONS of food and shopping options in under a 5-minute walk. Next time I’m staying in the area, I hope this place will be available again!

Our stay here was amazing! It was very cozy and they had thought of everything. Place was cozy and the hosts were very helpful and understanding. We had a wonderful time!

Great stay, check in was extremely easy with clear instructions. Apartment was clean and cozy, kitchen had all you could ask for. Bed and pillows were absolutely perfect,super comfortable. Couch was cozy and excellent to relax and watch a movie in front of a huge 85inch tv. Restroom was clean and shower pressure was great only missing a blow dryer but was able to survive without it. Mini arcade system was a total plus had son and I engaged on it for a good while. Check out was clear and easy. Would highly recommend 10/10 would love to come back again.

Ryan’s airbnb was set up with beautiful furniture and comfortable. The apartment has been updated with many new appliances including a washer and dryer. It’s a very quiet area. It made my stay more enjoyable while In Ridgecrest.

We had a wonderful experience as our first time at Mountain High and Emily made it extra special.

I stayed here after a day at Magic Mountain with my two teenage kids and it was a great spot for the night! It’s clean, private, safe, and matches the description. The bathroom and kitchen were spotlessly clean. We also enjoyed the pool and spa. I slept on the sofa bed and it was surprisingly comfy! Would definitely stay here again.

Thanks again Michael! I’ve stay here multiple times for work trips and it feels like home. The space is small but it’s a great set up for one person. They installed a washer/dryer this month which is so helpful. They are always responsive and thoughtful.

I stayed here for work for two weeks, and Carla always responded quickly and checked in every once in a while. She was very accommodating when I asked her if I could extend my stay (luckily there was still availability!) and when we had questions or issues she was willing to send someone to help if we needed it. The area was very quiet and out of the way from the city center, which if you have been in Palmdale/Lancaster/Highway 14, you know it's actually a huge positive because drivers out there are insane. The house was well stocked and clean and neat, you overlook the baseball and soccer fields in the backyard which makes it feel more private. Just as a note though, the next door neighbor has a dog in the backyard that will just bark until it tires itself out when it hears you come home, which of course is not Carla's fault but if you or another guest is sensitive to larger dogs it should be noted. If I come back for work again, I'll come back to Carla's!

Kristen’s place was comfortable with extremely nice amenities in a clean home that is nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable and everything is well taken care of.

Best stay of our multi-week road trip across the US. John is a legend, by far the best host we’ve ever had at an Airbnb. The property itself was everything someone could possibly want from a stay in a desert and so much more. Stay here for an unforgettable few nights. Gutted we only stayed for one night.

I always choose to stay here whenever I visit California. The space is consistently clean, quiet, and well-maintained, perfect for a relaxing stay. Highly recommended!

was our first time using an air bnb and were very happy with the results. our host was very amenable, checked in and made sure we didn't need anything, and since we drove in from Illinois and got in to california early, they allowed us to enter before our time. all in all it was a great experience.

We are grateful for our peaceful, mountain retreat. Already our children are asking to return. They loved the playground, the games, and the fun vehicle-themed bedroom. We all enjoyed watching the magnificent sunsets from the hot tub. Most of all, we enjoyed the peaceful mountain experience. We have stayed in many nice houses throughout the US, and this one stood out for how thoughtfully it was set up. The drawers are labeled, the kitchen supplies are tidy, and everything was clean. The spacious master bedroom on the opposite side of the house from the other three bedrooms worked splendidly for my Dad, who joined us. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

I highly recommend staying at Javier's condo. It was perfect for my long-term stay. The condo was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and my boys and I enjoyed our time there very much. Javier was available and attentive throughout my entire stay, which I appreciated.

We reallly enjoyed Tom’s condo. It was beautiful and looked just like the pictures! It was fully stocked and even had some snacks for us! We loved the pool and hot tub! Tom kept in contact with us the whole time so we felt very well taken care of. I will definitely visit again! Highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay here. Nice peaceful area that is also has a great setup to WFH.

Perfect place to stay when coming in to play at Six Flags, Universal and spending time with family! Location with great for all that we needed. The house was comfortable and welcoming. Duane made sure that snacks were provided, AC was on and ready for us in a hot day, and the ease and safety of using the house. Things that we noticed and appreciate that aren’t always standard was detergents to use washer and dryer, soft fluffy towels, access to good TV/screaming options and high quality toilet paper. Not deal breakers or to ding a place in my opinion but these little things that make it feel more like home away from home don’t go unnoticed. We would definitely stay again and would recommend to others coming to the area.

Great to work with, they really cared about our comfort and happiness during the stay. Very safe and quiet area! We had 2 adults and 2 kids, we were comfortable during our week.
