The apartment is located in a quiet alley and yet in the city center so close to supermarkets, bakery etc. You can also park the car on a street close to the accommodation. What is also very convenient is that it is about 30 minutes from Granada, which makes it easy to get there. We chose to go by car but there is public transportation. The apartment is nice, clean, very functional for 3 people. Communication with Alvaro was very good even though we didn't didn't meet him. The code system is easy for retrieving keys. I recommend this property.

I spent three months here between February and May 2025 and my only complaint is that they went by too fast. The apartment is located in La Chana, a generally quiet neighborhood with lots of bars and shops. It is a walk of about 25 minutes along the Camino de Ronda to take to La Paz (Center). The place was clean and well-equipped (sheets, TV, ironing board, coffee maker, wifi, cleaning products, etc.) I also have to say, as a host Juan was a true gentleman. If I had problems or questions, he always answered me quickly with knowledge and kindness. If you're looking at this listing, I definitely recommend it; it's an excellent value for the money. Finally, I hope you fall in love with Grana as I have!
