Short drive around 5km to the golf courses. The apartment includes one master bedroom with a queen bed and second bedroom with two single beds. Beautiful home equipped with AC, fully fitted kitchen. The atmosphere in the apartment is dreamlike with balcony to enjoy views of beautiful pool and lovely sea.

Please note Airports - Murcia 35min - Alicante 35 min. Apartment Sea Feliz is a first floor holiday home. It has its own large, private roof solarium, with views to the sea and has a built in BBQ and sun loungers. There is also a south-facing balcony at the front of the premises with table and chairs. The EEC Blue Flag Beaches at Cabo Roig are 15-20 minwalk, 2min by car, away or with a wide variety of restaurants and bars 7 minutes walk away on the famous Cabo Roig Strip.

Terrace, large roof terrace with large sofa, barbecue and solarium, newly renovated, sunny and with three community pools, paddle tennis courts and children's areas, with a private garage in the shade and a few meters from the beautiful promenade of Cabo Roig, with supermarkets, pharmacy and restaurants just by crossing the street. The house has central AC and heat, ceiling fans in the bedrooms and a full kitchen.

Excellent apartment, very quiet around, not far from the sea, the owner is always in touch, several beaches within a radius of 15 minutes, by car - 3 minutes, shops nearby, many cafes and restaurants, a huge shopping center La Zenia - 10 minutes by car, everything is great, I recommend

Excellent location. Pristine 2 bed apartment (although we had only access to one but I believe the 2nd could be used at a small additional cost. Detail on the website is accurate. All amenities on site. Only additional area we found we would have liked is umbrellas around the pool side , we felt the pool isn’t one the residents like to be used for long periods. But apartment is close to all 3 nearby beaches. Highly Recommended and this is the first time we have used Airb&b in this area and we have had a lovely experience.

Pedro was very responsive and helpful from the moment we made our enquiry right through our stay. The apartment was well furnished with home comforts and was in a great location to walk straight onto the promenade (with access to several beaches). There are bars, restaurants and a big supermarket within walking distance and a secure underground car park for your car. Being October the complex was quiet. We enjoyed sun all day on the veranda and had great fun playing paddle tennis on the courts literally a few steps from the apartment. We wouldn’t hesitate to return here.

Perfect stay, the apartment was even better than we expected. Lots of details made it exceed our expectations such as great air conditioning or the underground car park. Location couldn’t be better it’s right in the middle of the main strip and 5 minutes from the stairs to the beach. It was also really spacious and insulated from noise. Super easy checkin and checkout. Loved the pool area which has lots of sun beds and a cheap bar. Very clean pool. Definitely recommend!

Lovely clean apartment with comfortable beds and a great view of the pool and sea with a spacious patio with sun and shade. Options to sit in the sun or shade to eat on the patio.
