Nyere feriehus i moderne og koselig stil. Ett fullt møblert hjem med fokus på gode senger,dyner,uteområder,møbler og klimaanlegg på alle rom. Det er takparasoll på takterrassen samt parasoll utenfor stuen. Basseng ligger 10 meter fra vår eiendom Huset ligger i et stille og avskjermet boligområde som er barnevennlig. Det er kun eiere av boligene som kommer seg inn med bilen i området. Det er en port på utsiden. Barnevennlig. Kort vei til badestrender, matbutikker, restauranter, golfbaner, etc.

Terrace, large roof terrace with large sofa, barbecue and solarium, newly renovated, sunny and with three community pools, paddle tennis courts and children's areas, with a private garage in the shade and a few meters from the beautiful promenade of Cabo Roig, with supermarkets, pharmacy and restaurants just by crossing the street. L'appartement était juste magnifique, très bien équipé (climatisation, lave vaisselle, parking couvert, mobilier moderne...) et bien situé, la plage et les commerces à proximité, piscine avec vue sur la mer. La personne qui nous a accueilli était très sympathique et disponible pour nos besoins. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec nos 3 enfants.

Excellent location. Pristine 2 bed apartment (although we had only access to one but I believe the 2nd could be used at a small additional cost. Detail on the website is accurate. All amenities on site. Only additional area we found we would have liked is umbrellas around the pool side , we felt the pool isn’t one the residents like to be used for long periods. But apartment is close to all 3 nearby beaches. Highly Recommended and this is the first time we have used Airb&b in this area and we have had a lovely experience.

Perfect stay, the apartment was even better than we expected. Lots of details made it exceed our expectations such as great air conditioning or the underground car park. Location couldn’t be better it’s right in the middle of the main strip and 5 minutes from the stairs to the beach. It was also really spacious and insulated from noise. Super easy checkin and checkout. Loved the pool area which has lots of sun beds and a cheap bar. Very clean pool. Definitely recommend!
