This is a classic Vermont SEASONAL ( June- Oct) early 1950s cabin or cottage that is right on the water facing the West. One side sits next to a dirt road that is pretty quiet. Some cars, farm machinery & four-wheelers do go by. However, you can sit facing the water and feel like you have left the rest of the world behind as you listen to the loons. This special kind of space is for those who like a touch of country, it is not a hotel, it is not a party place, but a lovely RUSTIC cottage/cabin.

Bunkhouse on Caspian Lake

Take a break and unwind at our cottage on the lake. Equipped with full kitchen and bath, main bedroom with a king bed and 2 additional bedrooms with full beds. Location is on the lake with a dock and kayaks available for use. Enjoy miles of hiking trails at the Nature Conservancy's 256-acre Barr Hill Preserve, or biking on the extensive Lamoille Valley Rail Trail. Greensboro has an historic general store (Willey's) and the award-winning brewery, Hill Farmstead, is nearby in Greensboro Bend.

Super secluded, quiet lakeside cape, Sugar Hill Area. A true winter wonderland in the winter months, with access to Cannon Mountain, Loon and Bretton Woods. Quirky house originally built in 1810 and added onto in the late 1800s. This is a true 4 season destination with skiing, hiking, swimming, and shopping / dining in Littleton which was voted one of the best small towns in America. Franconia Notch sights and activities are 20 minutes away. Snowmobile and hiking trails on my property.

Cheerful Cottage on Joe’s Pond

Relax in this comfortable and peaceful cottage. You feel like you are in a tree house with a beautiful view of Joe's Pond. We have made some updates since purchasing in late 2021 that include new electrical, paint, new kitchen cabinets, counter tops, refrigerator, flooring in two rooms, furnishings and decor to enhance your stay. The cottage sits off of the water so you won't be bothered by the noise of watercrafts but has beautiful views from the deck, sun porch and 2 of the 4 bedrooms.

A beautiful Antique Victorian set in the middle of town. The house has incredible woodworking on all three floors. The rental space is unique in it's "cabin-like" styling, lots of sitting areas, well furnished kitchen, large bathroom, dining area and two separate sleeping areas, one full and two twin beds. Close to swimming, hiking, fishing, kayaking and skiing destinations. A few town Restaurants, grocery, gas stations, banking, Art Gallery. Many opportunities to Shoppe in nearby towns.

Sit around the outdoor firepit and soak in the view! You're just steps away from beaches and a dock. You'll find great swimming, fishing, boating, hiking, golfing, and mountain biking. Use our canoe or kayaks! Plus, Hill Farmstead Brewery is a short drive away. Beers there are rated best in the world!

Bring your snowmobile, cross-country skis, snowshoes, bikes, hiking boots, fishing pole, watercraft, swimming trunks, hunting gear . . . you name it! The Outspan Cabin is located directly on the VAST corridor 15 snowmobile trail near junction CA 80 and 3/4 of a mile from Nichols Ledge. During the summer the cabin has a private direct access to Nichols Pond and is part of the 200 acre Kahagon rental properties on Nichols Pond.
