This property is located in a remote and beautiful area of Vermont. The house is on 140 acres of fields and forest. There are 2.5 miles of private walking/snow shoeing trails in the woods. A large mowed area around the house provides space for grilling, outdoor dining, fire pit and games. The outdoor hot tub (emptied and refilled after each stay) is heated to 104 degrees year-round. This property is easily accessed from Route 2 and is on a well maintained dirt road. Minimum age to book: 25

Located near the Burke Mountain Ski Resort, the Kingdom Bike Trails, & local restaurants. You may recognize the name “Kirby Hideaway.” That’s because it’s right above our other rental home! You can rent the mini version by itself or both for large groups. They’re separated by trees for privacy but close enough to be combined. The mini Kirby hideaway is newly designed and modern!

The Loft at River's Edge is a private, spacious, second floor river view apartment at the end the hosts' main house. Views of the Connecticut River and Vermont's mountains are breathtaking. As you enter this romantic log cabin, a king size bed with ceiling fan rocker and loveseat greet you which are in front of the fieldstone fireplace! A two person corner style jacuzzi awaits you. While soaking in the tub you can see the wood burning fireplace. A kitchen completes this studio style log cabin. We are 15 minutes from Franconia Notch State Park and Cannon Mountain.
