Impressive courtship games of the red Andean rock ptarmigan in the Jardin de Rocas, just 100 m away. This place is absolutely amazing!!! Tip: On weekends, mingle with the people in the Central Plaza, you will be invited to join the celebration!

This is a big cute house with both upstairs and downstairs available to the renter. Beautiful and peaceful surroundings. The house does have a few neighbors but they're fairly quiet and friendly. It has two water suppliers, in case one of them fails, which it did when we were there. The owner's dad came over and switched the house to the other system and we got back in business. One can walk for a mile to go to a small store to get simple supplies and even eat in a family run restaurant if needed. This last activity was actually our favorite as the road is safe and picturesque, and yes, it provides a good exercise for your legs a gluteus.😀

It's an EXCELLENT house. It has everything you need, and the pool is very comfortable. Mrs. Patricia, who helped us with the cooking, also provided a very good service and cooked delicious food. The location of the house is remarkable, because although the street is nice and colorful, it is not directly in the historic center, which can be very crowded with tourists and cars on weekends or long holidays. We hope to go back! Communication was very good.

The house is extremely comfortable, ideal for resting, we enjoyed the pool a lot without time restrictions, even in the middle of the stay they cleaned it again. Good TV, sound and full kitchen, even the possibility of a barbecue. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms make the stay very comfortable, even for large groups. I'd like to highlight the house's privacy and the space to park several cars. Areas for improvement: It would be ideal if the dishes were porcelain and the pillows a little higher. I would definitely go back, thanks for the local recommendations and for always being available.

Santiago's apartment is amazing. A very nice view. Everything was impeccable and clean. I had a problem (my mistake) getting to the apartments and Santiago responded very quickly. I would definitely come back.

Excellent well located , close to shopping centers and restaurants in a very good area of Pereira. Quiet environment away from the noise the apartment is large and well equipped ideal for a few days and to be able to visit nearby municipalities.
