We enjoyed the heated pool, boardgames in the house; complete kitchen set; stable WIFI connection (I enjoyed the NBA Playoffs on the 60-inch TV); good-smelling comfy guestrooms. Staff are warm and courteous. We had a very relaxing family time in Nang Ayat. Recommendation: Place a wall clock at the living room.

Such an awesome place for a staycation with family and friends! Very clean, great location with mountain view and the place is very safe and quiet. The care takers are accommodating and helpful! We'll definitely go back there for another staycation!

We are a team from a bank and we booked Nikki’s place for an overnight stay on May 10-11. Nikki is a very accommodating host. Her place looked exactly how it is in the pictures. Clear rules were given regarding the accommodation, and her staff were really polite and helpful. We were also allowed use of her soundproof entertainment room in the basement which we really enjoyed. You get value for money here. Her home is a masterpiece and so aesthetically perfect!

We booked this place for a weekend getaway with friends, and it was such a memorable experience! Check-in was a breeze. Ate Grace was very accommodating and patiently waited for all of us to arrive, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The house itself was spacious, clean, and perfect for bonding. Everything we needed was available, from kitchen essentials to comfortable lounging areas. The highlight for us was definitely the heated pool, we spent hours just relaxing and enjoying each other's company. There was a minor hiccup with the wifi (Globe was down that weekend), but they provided a backup. The signal was a bit weak, but honestly, it didn’t bother us much since we were there to enjoy each other’s company and the lovely surroundings. Overall, highly recommended if you’re looking for a cozy and relaxing spot with friends. Would love to come back!

The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful—perfect for a restful stay. It’s conveniently located near the boundary of Silang and Tagaytay, but since we weren’t in the mood for tourist spots, the peaceful setting was exactly what we needed. The place was exceptionally clean and well-equipped for cooking, with options like a barbecue grill, microwave, induction cooker, and rice cooker. Utensils were complete and of good quality, and there were even entertainment options to enjoy during downtime. Neil was a very responsive and accommodating host, making sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend for a laid-back getaway.

Barako house was a great property to stay in. We enjoyed the peace and quiet, and the kitchen is well-equipped with amenities to cook in and dine with loved ones. The pool was lovely and it allowed us to destress. Would recommend to friends!

Its a great place to stay in Silang. My family had fun. Ate Nanie is also very helpful.

Everything was great. Location was private, property was clean and organized. On site staff was extremely helpful. Would stay there again for sure.

Highly recommended! Napaka smooth ang transaction & very cozy ng place. Ang peaceful dahil mapuno and malaki ang area. Great place to stay lalo na ngayong taglamig if you want a peaceful place to stay. Napaka relaxing ng vibesand also napaka pet friendly. Planning to book this place again on our next family staycation ☺️

Very nice place and perfect for a quick getaway with family. The host and the caretaker (Kuya Rhudy) are very helpful throughout our stay. Worth the price!

Sheryn, ate Mitch, and kuya caretaker (whose Name I forgot sorry!) are really nice, very responsive, and accommodating. We have made several requests out and not once did we hear any sort of complain. The place is perfect for serenity and relaxation. My family were able to get the rest they deserved thanks to Emily’s place! The pool is perfect for children, the bedrooms are comfortable, the kitchen has most of the things we needed. I would highly recommend this to everyone I know and I look forward to staying here again!

Found this gem of a place away from the main city. Quiet area, can't miss it from the main road, and no traffic. Big place with lots of air conditioned beds, an indoor living room, good kitchen amenities, clean bathrooms, great and clean pool, lots of parking spaces, and very friendly caretakers. Recommended alternative to tagaytay listings. It's a bit high up the hills so it can get cold and foggy here. Has nearby sari-sari stores for some last minute buys like soft drinks and snacks. Overall great stay.

The place was big and comfy. Easy to locate and accessible. The amenities are complete and okay. Swimming pool was great we all enjoyed the place not to mention the game room and gym was a plus! Overall we loved the place and our family had a wonderful time together! Will again rent the place for future occassions.

We enjoyed our stay - definitely enjoyed the heated private pool and jacuzzi at night. Loved that it's pet-friendly as we were able to bring our dog. Quality in everything at home - interior, furniture, lighting. Wish there are home slippers :)

We had such a lovely and memorable stay at Balay Pahuwai. From when we arrived, everything felt warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully prepared. The house smelled amazing, was perfectly clean, and beautifully styled, the fresh flowers were such a sweet touch, I couldn’t stop talking about this place to my friends. It truly felt like a 5-star hotel, but with all the comfort of home. The space was just right for our family of 12, and every detail, from the cozy furniture to the well-stock amenities, was well thought out. The location was also super convenient, close to malls and great local restaurants. We especially enjoyed the jacuzzi and pool, the quiet neighbourhood, and the service from Manilyn and Rochelle was exceptional. They were kind, professional, and everything from the table setting to their attention to detail made us feel so well cared for. Thank you for making our stay so special, we’re truly grateful and already looking forward to coming back! 🥰

We really enjoyed our stay here! The house is clean, spacious, and peaceful — perfect for our family bonding. It truly felt like a home away from home. There were plenty of beds, so everyone had a comfortable place to rest. And the videoke was super fun — ang saya lang! 🎤😄 We made a lot of great memories. We're also very thankful that we were allowed to check in early since we arrived in Cavite ahead of schedule. That was really helpful and appreciated. The pool is cleaned every day, which made swimming even more enjoyable and safe for the kids. The caretaker was also mabait and made sure everything was in order. Overall, highly recommended for families or groups who want a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Hope to come back again soon! 💖

Loved the place. My family loved it too! beautiful place!! of course being in nature, you must expect ants and bugs. but they are harmless :) Loved the beds, room composition. interior design. Only down side was the shower on second floor was weak. and there are no common bathrooms on the first floor. Overall, a great bnb!! would definitely come back! ❤️🌼

We had a wonderful stay at Veronica’s home and couldn’t have asked for a better host! Her place was very well equipped, clean, and incredibly cozy perfect for a family staycation. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home and warmly welcomed. Veronica was exceptionally friendly and responsive throughout our stay. She made sure we had everything we needed and even greeted us with welcome biscuits, which was such a thoughtful touch. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and very accessible, with plenty of nearby restaurants and parks that Veronica kindly recommended to us. Her home is ideal for both families and couples traveling with friends. We truly appreciated her hospitality and helpfulness, and we’ll definitely be rebooking with her the next time we’re in Santa Rosa. The pool was nice and the alfresco set up with the tv was enjoyed by us. All rooms are airconditioned which was a plus points. There's also a heater in the shower. The road to the place was just muddy and narrow. The mop inside the house was also not functioning well so we cant really use it but we still enjoyed our overnight stay. Thank you again for the smooth check in check out processes and for being accommodating to all my concerns.

I’ll rate my overall stay in Balkonahe ni Miranda as 4.7/5. The place creates a relaxing and soothing climate. The rooms are well cleaned, furnished and designed to destress you from the city hustle-bustle. The pool and its garden is perfect to support your splash cravings at night. lAside from the entire place, Ate Jane is very accommodating. She supported us with some of our needs and is flexible enough to make ammends for non digital transactions. Moreover, the star of the night is Miranda, the dog. This furryball welcomed us with a big smile and paws-itive vibes. Additional towels could have made this stay higher alongside with streetlights especially at night. Nonetheless, still recommendable - Migs Sakin okay lahat. Need lang improve yung maintenance ng floor of pool. Kasi madulas. - Des Accommodating si ate. - Ela Great place with awesome view.
