At the back of the house there is an arm of the Fuy river that is full most of the year. In December, January, February, March, April, May it sometimes dries up. It can be a little more during the year. It has water again until October. It is relative. The cabin is located 100 meters approximately from the road.

A one-room cabin with a bathroom, ideal for two people looking for a comfortable, cozy place with everything you need for a nice stay. 1.5 km from the main beach and the village (20 min. walk and 3 min. drive). Parking, TV, hot water, equipped kitchen, heating. From Lican Ray you can visit tourist places such as Huilo Huilo, hot springs, Pucon, Coñaripe, Panguipulli, water activities. See photo 14 for clarity of access and distances. It is NOT in front of the lake.

Very close to the beaches of Lake Calafquen and Lake Villarrica. All photographs are within the property. 25 minutes from the city of Lican Ray, 35 minutes from Coñaripe and 45 minutes from Villarrica.
