A relaxing space surrounded by native forest, easy access to the volcano and lake, it has green areas, swimming pools, a picnic area for barbecues, and a mini soccer field. Apartment on the second floor with elevator, heating, air conditioning, armchairs on the terrace where you can enjoy some sparkling wine that I leave as a welcome gift. Ample parking visible from the terrace. Pets are welcome. Note: apartment with morning sun. Electric lock. (I include coffee beans, tea, sugar, sweetener, oil, salt)

It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, soundproofing to avoid noise, vinyl flooring, a huge terrace for barbecues, and the condominium has a swimming pool and an incredible gazebo.
