Beautiful garden walkway leads you to a newly renovated guest house, with spectacular views from all windows. Wood floors, travertine kitchen counters, full kitchen / frig. and viking stove. Bathroom with Italian glass tile bath/shower and antique vanity with carrera marble. All cotton linens with down pillows and duvet. Antiques through out, with a large walk in closet. The is a queen size Murphy bed in the living room, in addition to the queen size bed in the bedroom. We are located in the foothills of the Santa Monica Mountains, with magnificent hiking trails within walking distance. Some say that our little get away is located in the best kept secret in LA. It's private, quiet and tranquil yet only 15 minutes from Pacific Coast Hwy in Malibu and 10 minutes from the 101 freeway.

High ceilings. 1 covered standard car parking. 5 minutes to the Westfield mall and Village with great restaurants and shopping, 35 min. to downtown, 35 min to the beach and wineries. 1 small dog allowed $75 fee. No parties, smoking, meetings, business.

We are in a rural, quiet area close to Pepperdine University, Point Dume, Zuma Beach, City Center, Restaurants and Dining. You can surf, hike, visit local wineries, or just chill and enjoy the ambiance and natural landscape. You can inquire about your furry friends (pets - extra fee). Topanga Art House - Close to Town & State Parks

Your private zen space with easy access to all that Topanga has to offer. Update for Topanga and the Palisades Fire: luckily the fire did not burn Topanga and our home was not affected. Everything in the canyon is open and damage free. There are some burn scars on the mountain, but it makes for quite a view. Topanga Canyon Boulevard from Topanga Lumber Yard going down to the beach / pacific coast highway is open from 5 am to midnight.
