Hosts are very responsive to queries, but most likely, you'll just have minimal queries since they already share complete details right after the confirmation of your booking and a day before the checkin day. The checkin process is hassle free, just need to present ID to the lobby, and a code for the room is already provided by the hosts. The location of the place is so nice specially the view from the balcony. The place is so clean, and the design is so aesthetic, very relaxing ambiance. Will definitely book this place again.

Always a good place to stay in - this has become our favorite place to stay in whenever we are in Tagaytay. And I'm not talking about my husband and me, this includes my sister, nephew and niece.

Mailyn was super responsive to any questions I had In advanced or during my stay. The room was very comfortable and I felt at ease for my first few nights here in Manila. Amazing few. Super homie room. Would recommend to my friends going to Manila!

It’s a quiet spot, which we really appreciated, and the location is convenient, close to shops and essentials. Honestly, one night didn’t feel like enough. We’ll definitely be back!

But when I came across Carlo and Patricia’s listing, it just felt right. I was on a budget, but the place looked great and seemed totally worth it. I booked right away, and I’m so glad I did. The space was super comfy, very clean, and smelled really nice. Everything was just as described (or better!). They had everything I needed, especially in the kitchen, all the tools and utensils were clean and complete, which I really appreciated. Carlo and Patricia were both so kind and easy to talk to. They made me feel very welcome and at ease throughout my stay. Honestly, they’ve set the bar high, I’d love to stay at Cinema 27 again next time I travel. Can’t wait! ☺️🫶🏻

We had a great time staying at Poo’s unit! The location is very convenient, as it's inside the Eastwood area and on the same floor as the garden and pool. It was easy for us to take our dog out for walks, and we really enjoyed spending time swimming and relaxing. Overall, the place is clean, comfortable, and well-located. We’ll definitely come back!

Our overnight stay at this Airbnb offered a very comfortable experience, as the unit was well-equipped with all the essential amenities. We truly appreciated the exceptional helpfulness of both the housekeeper and the host, who were readily available to assist us. However, a significant drawback was the condition of the pool. It was unfortunately very dirty, which prevented us from enjoying it as much as we had hoped. This was quite disappointing, and we ultimately felt we would have had a better time simply relaxing in the unit. The location, though, is a definite plus. It's conveniently situated within walking distance of major shopping centers like Robinsons Galleria and SM Megamall, as well as the MRT station and various convenience stores.

From my first message to Mel she was so responsive and helpful. I had a very late arrival and Mel even offered to have hot food waiting for me upon my arrival. Any questions I had, she was quick with an answer. Mel helped organise my laundry…and the list goes on and on. Great customer service!!! The unit itself, very clean & tidy. Clear instructions & manuals for everything. A great view out the window. Bed & pillows are super comfortable. Bath towels so soft and smelled clean. What you see in the pictures is what you get, but so many other little incidentals that add a nice touch. Lollies, chocolates, personal toiletries should you have forgotten something. Location, location location, seriously you cannot be any better located. 3-minute walk to Shangri la shopping. 10-minute walk to Mega Mall. Easy access for grab pick up. Staff in the building are also very accommodating & helpful. All in all, I can’t thank Mel enough for such a great stay.

We're so lucky to have booked this place! The neighborhood is fantastic, and the view from the room is absolutely stunning. The property is spotless, and the amenities are comprehensive, including well-maintained toilets (3). The hosts are very responsive. My favorite listing in the Phil by far.

Joshua was such a friendly and accommodating host, I'm happy that I chose to stay in his airbnb. The location is phenomenal, located across the Century Mall, as well as walking distance from the Poblacion nightlife area. The building has a small gym, pool and jacuzzi, and guests staying by themselves are allowed to bring 1 visitor to those facilities, which is lovely. Above all, I was really happy with Joshua's kindness and his swift replies when chatting. I would definitely recommend the apartment.
