The 10 days in Sabrina's cozy cottage were wonderful at any time of the day. The nearby beach, the pool, the restaurant es cova, the charming nature all around, the nice bar with live music…, we liked everything very much. We felt right at home. Having breakfast on the beautiful balcony in the morning was one of our highlights! Thanks to the fully equipped kitchen, you can cater for yourself very well. Existing beach umbrellas were also helpful. The location is great. In just a few meters, there is a supermarket, bakery, restaurants and the beach incl. Diving school accessible. The residential complex is very nicely laid out, well maintained and quiet. We have been to Iris' place for the 2nd time and had another great vacation!

Loved the location. Walkable distance to the beaches, grocery store and downtown where all restaurants and cafes are. But far enough so it’s nice and quiet in the evenings. Spacious apartment with nice balcony and parking spot in front of it. Only possible problem could be pretty loud main building door, we didn’t mind it, but could see it being a problem for light sleepers or maybe someone staying with kids. But definitely recommend for its price and would totally come back! ☺️

Isabel was very kind and communicative at all times, she was always attentive, the location is perfect near the port, bars on the same street and parking all along the street. We would definitely repeat.

We had a wonderful week in this apartment overlooking the sea. It was so peaceful and yet so close to the lovely sandy beach and some fantastic restaurants. We had the pools to ourselves and although a little nippy unheated in October was still good fun for a 7 year old! We will definitely be back!

A nice week. Miguel is a fantastic person, always available for requests and quick to respond. We really appreciated the clean apartment, there is everything you need and the fantastic balcony because from the afternoon until the evening it is in the shade and you can enjoy dinners at home with the breeze... The air conditioning works very well and what can I say Nothing negative. We'll be back.

We had a wonderful stay at Tamarell’s beautiful house! The place is even better than the photos – with spectacular views of the sea and tastefully selected furniture that makes it feel both cozy and stylish. Tamarell was always responsive and helpful, making everything easy and smooth for us. We would gladly come back in the future – highly recommended!

We stayed a week and everything was fantastic: the apartment, its location to visit nearby and more distant coves. The pool was very useful as well as large and well-maintained. They prepared everything for our baby to have a crib and high chair. We'll repeat if we're lucky enough to return to Menorca. Very happy with EVERYTHING.

Everything's great, with mini minuscule smears! The apartment is right on the shopping mile with shops and restaurants, and yet you don't get much of the hustle and bustle (April/May). To the north you can walk to the coast in a few minutes - and a few more minutes later on a huge sandy beach! In the south you can be on the harbor promenade in 7-10 minutes, with a huge selection of restaurants! Here, too, there is a small bay with beach and crystal clear/turquoise blue water. To the small smears: The apartment is located between two roads that have longitudinal drain gates - and every time a car drives over it it it makes "klack-clack". That was a bit annoying in the morning. In addition, there is a glass container right next to the apartment, which you have also heard from time to time. At the beginning of the stay, you can expect a folder with many many rules, which I consider to be predominantly self-evident - however, it has been somewhat after "raised index

Michael and Vicky communicate quickly and kindly, and make sure everything is in order upon arrival and during your stay. The apartment has a great garden with wonderful swimming pool and is well located relative to all kinds of beaches, the harbor, other villages. The apartment itself has everything you need for a pleasant stay! The only downside was that the mattress and pillows of the bed were a little too soft (but is personal) and that the ventilation in the bathroom did not work super well (remained a little damp and musty after showering). But I would definitely recommend it and would love to come back!

The three of us had six wonderful days in the apartment. Particularly noteworthy is the wonderful large terrace right on the beach. Taxi and bus almost at your doorstep, supermarkets as well. Everything we needed was there. We will be happy to come back. Thanks to David!

We were very comfortable, the apartment is beautiful and has all the amenities you need. The pool is large and always empty. And Pablo was very kind and helpful in everything, helping us and advising us on everything. Thank you very much. We hope to come back here some day.

We had a lovely stay at Elena's place with our 5 month old baby. Elena provided a travel cot and helpful recommendations. The pool area is very nice and the beach is only a 5 minute walk. The apartment has a spacious terrace with a BBQ and sun loungers which we really liked. There are also nice restaurants by Cala Blanca beach (Paralia and Marea) and also Cala Santandria (Bahia and Sa Nacra). I'd highly recommend Elena as a host and her apartment- thank you Elena!

Matthias and Martin were available to us all the time. Communication on site went smoothly. Check-in was very flexible and straightforward. On-site parking was great. The kitchen was equipped as standard with spices and water. A washing machine and dryer were available on site for a small fee. Bathroom was very clean, towels were sufficiently provided on site. A third friend visited us in the meantime for a few days, and this was also no problem to clarify and organize. The pool and the outdoor facilities were awesome. Martin gave us numerous tips for restaurants in the village as well as trip and excursion destinations in Palma as well as in all directions on the island.

Our stay at Mirjam's was beyond expectations. Comfortable, perfectly equipped, and with a beautiful sea view. Exactly as shown in the description and photos. Mirjam was a great help with detailed information and useful tips. If we go back to Mallorca, we will certainly go back to Mirjam.
