A very good stay in an apartment located close to the city center, the port and which allows easy and quick access to the beaches. Functional and comfortable apartment A thank you to Ester who always knows how to make herself available to answer our questions. I recommend it for discovering and enjoying Ciutadella with friends or family!

Very nice place offered by Maria Isabel, we took advantage of this beautiful place outside the busy season. Very relaxing place (terrace, sun lounger... very flowery garden of the residence) and beautiful to allow us to discover the island.

The apartment is very well located, close to downtown. We parked without any problems during our stay. We felt right at home, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Just a small detail (and maybe we're a little demanding), we missed some details for breakfast, but in general everything was perfect. Definitely recommended!

We had a great few days. The place is just as described and seen in the photos. Very functional and cozy. Perfect for family or friends. Although in the latter case you should keep in mind that there is only one double bed. Son Parc is what it is: a very quiet tourist residential complex, something far away, yes, and with a beautiful play. We worked perfectly for its good value for money and also why standing up with the views of the terrace of the sea is priceless. We would definitely repeat. And in addition Elsa was very kind and always quick to answer any questions.

Such a beautiful villa, it has an amazing upstairs living area and balcony space overlooking the pool. The pool itself was great and we loved that it had an outside shower. Most bedrooms were located downstairs and there was a bathroom for nearly every guest which was great for our 2 families. The area itself is very tranquil and the villa overlooks a quiet inlet with green hills. There aren’t any shops or cafes in walking distance but the port and supermarket are about a 7 minute drive. Marta was very responsive and friendly throughout whenever we needed anything. So thank you Marta!

Excellent house, it was really clean and with everything just to spend a few days in Menorca. The perfect location, close to a couple of very nice coves and with a mini market on the corner, which has everything to get out of the way in any urgency. The house meets perfectly… ideal for a comfortable family of 7 people I'd come back again anyway.

This was definately a fantastic place to stay,the location was second to none, although a car is a must as no amenities in local village.We were looking for a holiday away from the hussle and bussle and we were not disappointed. The locals were friendly and welcoming and it was a pleasure to feel part of a small community. The accomodation was ideal for the 2 of us and with the bar next door we were never far away from a cold beer. I would also like to give a big thanks to antonio who looked after us amazingly and went above and beyond for us.

This is the third time my partner and I have stayed at Maria’s apartment. Every time is perfect. Maria is very kind and accommodating. The apartment is a 15 minute drive to the airport & Mahon centre. It’s also next to Cala en Blanc, which is beautiful. It’s a compact apartment, but is perfect for two. Really would recommend if you are travelling to Menorca 🙂

Gem of an apartment that felt like a home, not a holiday let. The garden and grounds in this small complex were beautifully maintained with shrubs, trees and landscaping and exceptionally well designed pool - good to have a pool with a decent depth of water. The apartment, whilst compact, was well furnished. The compact kitchen is really well fitted out with everything you would need - this is clearly a cook's kitchen. Good storage and bathroom. Lots of lovely thoughtful touches including library and widescreen TV and everything provided including cleaning/laundry materials. Lovely outside patio. The location is excellent - very peaceful, handy for Ciutadella and within easy reach of the supermarket and amenities. Elena went out of her way to make it a smooth check in (despite a 2 hour flight delay), provide information and advice on local restaurants and answer any queries.

We had a great time. In addition to the beauty of the island and all the activities we were able to do there, Maria's accommodation is ideally located, with a magnificent view of the sea and the lighthouse, and very very quiet. The residence was not very busy in June, with a magnificent swimming pool. The accommodation has all the amenities, spacious, very clean, with balcony and awning. We had the cleaning in the middle of our stay with a change of linens in its entirety. Everything was really perfect and our exchanges were great.

Great little apartment in a really pleasant resort town, close to lots of interesting things, like Ciutadella and beautiful beaches. Pool and shared garden area is tranquil and very well kept. Richard was very nice and quick to respond to any questions we had. Highly recommend!

Tito was very nice. He responds quickly to messages and is attentive. Listing matches listing. The exteriors are gorgeous. A very quiet area to enjoy as a family.

Rosi was very available and flexible for check-in and checkout times. Everything was in order and matched the description. The accommodation is really ideally located, close to Ciutadella with a very beautiful beach a 5-minute walk away and a good-sized swimming pool, well exposed. Ease of parking is also an advantage. To make everything perfect, it would be a plus to have lounge chairs for the pool, a vacuum cleaner and rackets & balls to enjoy the padel court accessible on site.

We had a really nice stay. The apartment had everything we needed and more. Host was really nice and flexible and let us stay a bit longer at check-out. We would come back 100%

Fantastic stay in a tourist area of the island with a beautiful cove just a few meters away. Services and restaurants very close and the apartment is very cudio and clean. Cozy space for 4 people, with very comfortable beds and in general everything very good. To put on a little glue, there is a bit of a damp smell that I think comes out of the shower drain. If that were fixed it would be a place of 12. Thank you for everything to the hosts who were great, very attentive and keeping track of the stay and recommending places. The communal pool is great, very clean, with few people and with hammocks and umbrellas to put in the towel.
