Beautiful house menorquin style in the centre of Ciutadella between the Cathedral and the harbour. House with 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom, big kitchen with dining-room, living-room and terrace with sofa. Very well decorated and well equiped (television, video, microwaves, washing machine, dry-machine, dishwasher, full equiped, bed clothes, towells etc). Three floors. The house is very cosy and new. From the 23th of June you can enjoy the "Jaleo" o "Sant Joan", the famouse horses party and you can see it from the house. The house is in the best possible location if you want to stay in the centre of the city. Traffic is not allowed in the street. The area is very familiar and menorquin people. If you need someone to pick you up at the airport we can arrange it. We can rent you bicycles, because is the best way to move around. Close to restaurants and shops and near transports.

Fully restored and equipped house in historic downtown. Located on a pedestrian street and very quiet, it retains typical vaulted ceilings. The house consists of the ground floor, where the kitchen, living room and a small indoor patio that gives light and life to the house are located. On a first level, we found a double bedroom and bathroom. On a second level, two double bedrooms and a bath. Going up to the rooftop we find the laundry area.

BEAUTIFUL VILLA IN CALAN FORCAT

Located in the heart of the Calan Forcat complex, this detached villa has very easy access to the coast with Calan Forcat cove and is very close to Calan Brut. In the center of the complex, there are many bars and restaurants. The old capital, Ciutadella, is a 10-minute drive away and is full of interesting architecture, winding streets and excellent places to have lunch and go for a walk.

Very well located place with many restaurants and coves next door. The apartment is as it appears with everything you need to spend a few days very comfortable and Jose's treatment was unbeatable helping us in everything we need.

Isabel is a kind and generous host. Her apartment is in an excellent location in Ciutadella, especially for someone like myself who relied heavily on the bus network to take me around the island. The neighbourhood is safe, quiet and clean. Isabel keeps her apartment in spotless condition, and the room for guests is spacious and comfortable with some nice inclusions. Excellent stay.

We were a group of friends to spend 6 nights in Menorca and we enjoyed a lot in large part thanks to Maikel and Carmen's house, spacious, comfortable and in an excellent location. They welcomed us very kindly explaining all the details of the house, and with a gastronomic gift included. A wonderful and highly recommended stay and highly recommended.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Had an amazing stay, perfect location right in the centre of town. Jennyfer was the most perfect host, we felt right at home. The room is large and everything we needed we had access to. 💗

An amazing little room on a beautiful island! Sam is a just perfect host who welcomes wonderfully while remaining discreet everything the rest of the stay. Good advice, super responsive and very adaptable. Everything perfect!

My friends and I spent an amazing week in Minorca! The house is gorgeous, located in the city centre literally next to the cathedral, that you can see from the terrace. The house is again very pretty, all white with beautiful rooms, it has been a dream staying there! Javier and Raquel are very very nice and always available. Thank you very much for the unique experience.

Beautifully restored and well equipped house with sweet sunny courtyard. Very clean. Great kitchen and living area, and ingeniously designed bedrooms and bathrooms. Can occasionally hear basketball games from the back of the house, but it’s no big deal. Brilliantly located a few mins from the centre of the old town with lots of lovely shops, cafes and restaurants.
