Marian’s home is lovely and we truly enjoyed our stay. The photos don’t do justice to the spacious rooftop patio where we enjoyed sunning. Everything needed for beach days from towels to umbrellas is provided. Highly recommend staying at Marian’s!

Siscu’s place is wonderful. It is huge, so much bigger than it looks from the photos, and plenty of places to relax and unwind. It was so nice to have a bathroom each! It is on a peaceful street not far from the supermarket. It was meticulously clean and we had everything we needed. It was really helpful to find some beach toys and parasols, meaning we didn’t need to purchase our own. Overall we had a really lovely stay and would recommend Siscu’s place to anyone (unless you want to be closer to the beach but many are with in close reach with a car).

Rosa was incredibly helpful and gave us many recommendations. Her home is warm & welcoming. We were comfortable. Our stay was wonderful. The location was peaceful & perfect for relaxing. Yet, down the way is a beautiful lighthouse with a great view of the sunset from its outdoor restaurant. Many markets and places to eat nearby. Our only disappointment is, we didn’t stay longer! We spent time going to great beaches and visiting nearby towns. Rosa’s place is a perfect getaway for R&R. We hope to return!!

We just spent a week here and absolutely loved it. The villa is so spacious and well equipped with all we needed for a great holiday. There’s supermarkets round the corner and it’s an easy walk to the marina. I hadn’t noticed that the main bedroom was upstairs with the two others downstairs. We didn’t want to sleep on a separate floor to our 2 year old so had to use one of the downstairs bedrooms which had two single beds that weren’t overly comfy, so just something to bear in mind if you have young children. Victor was an excellent host, extremely responsive and helpful and getting access to the villa was easy. We had a lovely peaceful week, thank you!

I cannot recommend this villa enough, the photographs do not do it justice- it felt much more spacious than in the pictures. We were a group of 6 adults and 1 baby and this had everything we could have needed and more! Odile was very responsive to my questions and even accommodated a slightly earlier check-in (we had a very early flight and a 6 month old baby), despite having been rented out beforehand. The rooms were large, airy and spotlessly clean. The decor was very tasteful. The outside space was fantastic with a larger pool than we have had before in villas. We spent most of our time outside when we were there and it was great to have options. We especially loved that we could walk to a lovely beach and shops and restaurants. We wanted a relaxing family holiday and that is exactly what we got. Having never been to Menorca before, we already plan to return and wouldn’t hesitate to book this villa again (in fact, I think I would be disappointed to go anywhere else now!).

The place was very beautiful and close to the beach with excellent restaurants overlooking the sea. Communication was very easy and the host was very helpful and attentive even when we needed his help late at night. The interior of the house was spacious and has plenty of outdoor space. In the morning, the breakfasts eaten in the sun delighted us. Overall the house was excellent!

Very nice little house, nice garden and terrace. Very clean, very well equipped (dishes and utensils in very good condition, deckchair, umbrella, cooler). Comfortable bedding. Everything is perfect. Very good communication with the owners. We recommend 100%

We had a fantastic stay. The house was large, complete (including many kitchen supplies) and comfortable. The garden was also very large and complete. Think of an awning, plenty of parasols and beach supplies in the shed. It is also a child-friendly place: enclosed garden, plenty of toys but also high chair, baby bed and children's tableware. In addition, within walking distance (7 min) of the beach and a small supermarket (3 min). In short, highly recommended!

We really appreciated the availability and quality of the information provided by Anna, especially on access, restaurants and must-see places in Menorca in June. The interior was tastefully decorated and it was as described and well-equipped. The only downside is the view, which is not sea and on an abandoned tennis court (pity) and the noise because the corridors resonated a lot. Despite this, the location is ideal because it is very close to the Ciutadela (10 min by car is essential), the Cami Cavalls, the trail that runs around the island and is just incredible! We will keep a very good memory of this cove with our sunset aperitifs on the beach :-)

We found ourselves in a lovely apartment with a very quiet surrounding and the perfect size for a couple. The kitchen is well equipped and everything is very clean. We were positively surprised to not only find towels for the bathroom, but for the beach as well. There are a few restaurants very close by and the beautiful beach and food stores are in close walking distance. We could eat on the small terrace from where you can see a bit of the ocean. Sadly, the sun would never touch the terrace and it sometimes felt a bit like a cave, with a cozy interior though. This might be perfect during the hot summertime, but it’s a bit cold for the end of September. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our one week stay very much and would recommend it warmly.

Manuel's house is ideally placed high up facing the sea the view is magnificent, it is a quiet residential area. Nature is there, birds are singing , you can hear the sound of the sea it is perfect for resting. Manuel is very attentive and very helpful. The house matches the photos well. There is nothing missing in the house. It was a beautiful vacation on an island where nature has been preserved. It's our tourist to be careful!!!

We had a truly wonderful stay at Acantilado Beach House! The location is absolutely breathtaking - perched above the cliffs with panoramic views of the sea, it felt like a private slice of paradise. The house itself is stylish, spotless, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. I especially appreciated the attention to detail in the decor and how quiet and peaceful the surroundings were. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making check-in seamless and the entire stay smooth. Whether enjoying morning coffee on the terrace or watching the sunset over the water, every moment felt special. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to unwind in a serene, stunning setting. Would love to come back!

Great week-long stay at Francisco's apartment. Small terrace not overlooked, very well equipped and faithful to the photos. Impeccable geographical location, at Cap d'Artrutx, southwest of the island, in a small condominium, a few apartments, on a human scale with swimming pool. Very quiet in the evening, with two supermarkets 300 meters away and 15 minutes' drive from Ciutadella, the most beautiful city on the island (personal opinion), and access to the sea in 3 minutes on foot and 20 minutes to beaches and restaurants The island's beaches and coves are beautiful. Francisco was a very good source of information for places to visit, and attentive to any questions we had. In short, a perfect vacation week. Thank you Francisco.

It's a wonderful house in a great place that's run by Pepe, who is a great host. Hopefully we can go back, it's 100% worth it!!

Jorge is precise, flexible and efficient for all the necessary directions. Clean, tidy apartment in Menorcan style. The location of the apartment is excellent both for enjoying the beach below on foot and as a starting point by car to explore the island. Highly recommended!

We spent days in early June 2025 at Siano's. The apartment is true to the photos. The co-ownership was very quiet with 2 pools. The apartment is very clean, modern, the bedding very comfortable, with shower gel, shampoos, sheets, towels and even beach towels provided. The terrace with a small view of the beach on one side and a large view of Mont Toro on the other. Private parking at the foot of the apartment. The location is very good for visiting the places located north and east towards Mahon. It's a 45-minute drive to Ciutadella. Fine sandy beach 5 min walk and small supermarket very good 5 min too. And finally Siano, very present and responsive by phone or messaging.

2-13 June 25. Nacho and Leticia were fabulous! great coms and good English. Lots of recommendations. It was clean, tidy and comfortable. VERY peaceful place (approx 20 ground floor apartments), so much so that it was like having our own private pool 95% of the time! Restaurants and well stocked supermarkets in walking distance, however, we hired a car and explored! Go to Cala Santadria and Restaurant Sa Nacra (splash out and have the lobster broth for 2)... it won't disappoint! and the restaurant is fab, great sunset! walk past it and go down the paths to the rocks, so beautiful and great for sun bathing, swimming and snorkelling and go further round to Sa Caleta. We also hired a couple of mountain e-bikes (from near the supermarkets) and did the 'easy route' (not so easy) but stunning and lots more awesome coves and beaches (take food and water!). Overall, a lovely relaxing and peaceful stay that really did the job! Thank you Nacos and Leticia xxx

Everything was perfect. Gemma is very polite and responds quickly. Great location. Everything you need for a week-long stay was available. Also, for us it was an advantage that there was a crib crib. Checkin / checkout went smooth. We were able to get in in the morning and Gemma was also very flexible when we left.
