It's located in a very tranquil neighbourhood, inside a small condo with 3 other similar houses sharing a big swimming pool. The house has a big private outdoor area with garden and BBQ facilities and... the best... a rooftop terrace with chill out area and a gorgeous sea/sunset view. The house has 2 rooms with air conditioning.

It is a quiet area, with all the services very close (supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy...) and a viewpoint only a few meters from here where you can see stunning sunsets. You can fine it at 2km from Ciutadella and 8 minutes walking from Cala Blanca beach. The apartment consists of 55 square meters, with a wide living and dining room, kitchen, two rooms and an outdoor terrace.

Villa Arbocers is situated in Cala Blanca, near Ciutadella de Menorca, a seaside resort in the west of the island, and is only a short walk from the beach. The 100 m² holiday home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms as well as a 1 complete bathroom (there is an additional toilet located in the garage) and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
